OBS ke bina YouTube par lagataar prerecorded video bhejne ke liye aap Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Linux VM par FFmpeg jaisa encoder chala sakte hain. Broad flow hai: media files → OCI VM par encoder → YouTube Live ingest. Yeh architecture 24/7 stream ke liye banaya ja sakta hai, lekin free VM, ek FFmpeg command ya YouTube archive se uninterrupted operation ki guarantee nahi milti. Pehle apne media ka format, VM ki availability, YouTube stream settings aur recovery plan validate karein.
Kaam kaise karta hai—and “playlist” se aapka kya matlab hai?
YouTube ko external encoder se feed karne ke liye encoder mein YouTube Live ka server URL aur stream key set ki jaati hai. OCI VM par chal raha FFmpeg media ko input ke taur par padhta hai aur network output ke zariye YouTube ingest tak bhejta hai. Is tarah apne computer par OBS khula rakhna zaroori nahi hota; VM encoder process host karta hai.

- OCI account aur eligible VM: Always Free compute ki availability tenancy aur home region par nirbhar hai; account mein current eligibility aur Console mein available shape check karein.
- Linux aur media compatibility: VM par encoder aur aapke source media ko chalane ki zaroorat hogi. Source ke video/audio codecs, playlist format aur re-encoding ki zaroorat pehle jaan lein.
- YouTube Live setup: YouTube Studio mein broadcast banakar encoder ke liye dikhaye gaye server URL aur stream key lein. Stream key private credential hai—use public script, screenshot ya article example mein na dikhayein.
- Rights aur platform rules: Sirf aise video, music aur audio stream karein jinhe YouTube par broadcast karne ke adhikar aapke paas hon. Copyright, licensing aur YouTube ki policies ka palan karein; stream ko live rakhna content rights ka vikalp nahi hai.
- Recovery aur archive ki zaroorat: Process crash, VM interruption, network drop aur YouTube stream state alag failure points hain. Tay karein ki aap inhe kaise monitor karenge, aur kya stream recording ko alag se rakhna hai.

- Home region aur compute eligibility verify karein. Oracle ke Always Free resources page ke mutabik eligible tenancy ko home region mein do tak AMD VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro VMs mil sakte hain. Oracle Ampere A1 allocation ke liye 1,500 OCPU hours aur 9,000 GB-hours monthly free allowance batata hai, jise 2 OCPUs aur 12 GB memory ke equivalent kaha gaya hai. Actual VM count aur shape boot volume, tenancy allocation aur current availability par nirbhar hain.
- Linux VM provision karein aur media pahunch ka tareeqa tay karein. Apne source files ko VM tak pahunchana hoga, ya kisi supported input ko encoder se padhwana hoga. Pehle chhoti test ke liye storage aur bandwidth ki zaroorat samjhein; listed free transfer allowance ko stream quality ya network stability ki guarantee na samjhein.
- Installed FFmpeg version aur source inspect karein. File ya playlist ke formats, video/audio streams, duration aur re-encoding ki zaroorat jaanchna zaroori hai. FFmpeg docs input se output URL tak media processing describe karti hain; loop filter frames ko infinite loop kar sakta hai, lekin yeh playlist parsing, audio continuity ya har codec ki compatibility apne aap tay nahi karta. FFmpeg ke options aur formats ki documentation ko installed version ke mutabik padhein.
- YouTube ka current ingest data encoder mein set karein. YouTube Help ke encoder workflow ke mutabik stream settings mein YouTube Live server URL aur stream key enter karke encoder start kiya jata hai. Dono values ko private rakhein; asli key ko source code repository, public logs ya shared screenshots mein na rakhein. YouTube ka encoder se live stream banane ka guide dekhein.
- Loop ko chhoti, private ya unlisted test mein validate karein. Pehle limited duration chalakar dekhein ki video aur audio sahi hain, playlist expected order mein chalti hai aur YouTube ko signal mil raha hai. Test mein VM resource use, process exit aur network interruptions bhi observe karein. Yeh recommended validation hai, kisi tested result ka daava nahi.
- Long run ke liye monitoring aur recovery alag se plan karein. Encoder chalna, VM chalna aur YouTube broadcast active rehna ek hi cheez nahi. Process supervision, reconnect behavior, alerting aur restart ke baad stream ko dobara shuru karne ki apni vyavastha ko alag test karein. Is setup mein automatic recovery ko bina validate kiye assume na karein.
Oracle Always Free: allowances, availability aur risk
Oracle ka Always Free page listed allocations aur eligibility batata hai; iska matlab yeh nahi ki har home region mein har samay VM mil jayegi. Oracle ke mutabik “out of host capacity” error ka arth ho sakta hai ki home region mein Always Free shape filhaal available nahi hai. Console mein apne account ki eligibility aur available shapes check karein.
Oracle ke Free Tier page par $300 tak promotional credit up to 30 days ke liye bataya gaya hai; yeh Always Free services se alag hai. Free quota se upar usage, resource eligibility aur account terms alag ho sakte hain. “Free Tier” ko hamesha muft chalne wale 24/7 encoder ka vaada na samjhein.

Oracle ke Always Free resources page par pichhle 7 din ke assessment mein CPU utilization ka 95th percentile 20% se kam aur network utilization 20% se kam ho to compute instance idle maana ja sakta hai; A1 ke liye memory utilization 20% se kam hona bhi idle test ka hissa hai. Oracle aise idle Always Free compute ko reclaim kar sakta hai. Is policy se yeh nateeja nahi nikalta ki streaming workload reclaim nahi hoga.
Isi resources page par up to 10 TB per month outbound data transfer listed hai. Allowance khud network throughput, stream ki stability ya kisi ek VM shape ki suitability ka saboot nahi hai. Streaming se pehle apne account ki current terms, resource usage aur network behavior verify karein. Oracle pages par publication date displayed nahi thi; yahan figures ko Oracle ke pages ke 2026 verification ke mutabik diya gaya hai, publication year ke roop mein nahi.

YouTube par stream duration aur archive
YouTube Help ke mutabik 12 ghante se chhoti streams automatically archive hoti hain. Yeh 24-hour uninterrupted broadcast ya 24-hour archive ki guarantee nahi hai. Agar aapko poori lambi broadcast ki recording chahiye, to alag recording, rotation ya split strategy tay karein aur use apne workflow mein validate karein; yahan kisi specific strategy ki guarantee nahi di ja sakti.
Stream key aur server URL ka current value YouTube Studio ke encoder settings se lein. YouTube ke interface, live access requirements aur broadcast settings badal sakte hain, isliye setup ke waqt official Help page aur apne account ki current screen ko hi follow karein.

- VM create nahi hoti (“out of host capacity”): Yeh home region mein shape ki temporary capacity problem ho sakti hai. Console mein doosri eligible shape ya region ki availability apne account ke liye verify karein; Always Free eligibility ko assume na karein.
- Video chalti hai, audio nahi: Source file ya playlist ke audio stream, codec aur FFmpeg mapping ko inspect karein. Kisi generic loop setting se audio compatibility ki guarantee nahi milti.
