For buyers in India, OPPO announced the Find X9 Pro at ₹109,999 for 16GB/512GB in November 2025 and the Find X9 Ultra at ₹169,999 for 12GB/512GB in May 2026—a ₹60,000 difference between their launch prices. The Ultra’s main hardware distinction is a dedicated 50MP 10x optical telephoto and a higher-resolution, faster-refresh display; the Pro is lighter and has the larger India-listed typical battery capacity. Those trade-offs do not establish an overall winner, and the launch prices are not current October 2026 quotes.

Processor

Size and weight
OPPO India’s figures make the Pro lighter at 224g versus 236g for the Ultra. The same announcement lists the Pro at 8.25mm thick and the Ultra at 9.10mm in Tundra Umber; the Ultra thickness figure is color-specific.

Battery and charging: capacity is not battery life
OPPO India lists the Pro with a 7,500mAh typical battery and the Ultra with 7,050mAh. The Pro therefore has the larger stated India-listed capacity, but that number by itself does not establish longer runtime: battery life also depends on display, processor, network conditions and use. The cited sources do not establish comparative battery endurance.
OPPO states maximum wired charging rates of 80W for the Pro and 100W for the Ultra, with 50W wireless charging for both. Actual charging speed depends on compatible equipment and conditions. Battery figures can also differ by market and by typical versus rated capacity: OPPO Philippines lists the Ultra as 7,050mAh typical and 6,890mAh rated, which should not be treated as interchangeable measurements.

Durability and software support
OPPO India lists IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings for both models. These are manufacturer-stated ingress protection ratings, not a guarantee against damage in every circumstance.
OPPO’s India launch materials state five years of OS updates and six years of security updates for each phone. Treat these durations as the manufacturer’s stated commitment; the cited materials do not establish an independent assessment of update delivery.
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the Find X9 Ultra if the built-in 50MP 10x optical telephoto and the listed QHD+ 144Hz display are priorities, and the higher announced launch price fits your budget.
- Choose the Find X9 Pro if you prefer the lower announced launch price, lower listed weight or larger India-listed typical battery capacity. Its 200MP telephoto and separately announced teleconverter accessory are relevant if you want extended camera reach without choosing the Ultra’s built-in 10x lens.
- Compare current local listings before deciding. The launch-price gap does not tell you today’s price difference, and market specifications, warranty, included accessories and network bands can vary. Confirm the exact regional model and what comes in the box.
In short, OPPO’s India specifications make the Ultra the more camera-reach- and display-focused option, while the Pro has the lower announced launch price, lighter listed body and larger stated typical battery. The available specifications do not support a universal winner for camera quality, performance or battery life.
