The bed frame described in a recent deal article is an OLEVS king-size platform frame with built-in USB charging and LED lighting. The Inventory reported a price of $169.99, down from $179.99, when it published its article on October 1, 2026; that is a dated report, not a confirmed current Amazon price. The available information is not enough to verify the exact Amazon listing, its specifications, or its current availability.
What the reported $170 OLEVS bed frame includes
The Inventory describes an OLEVS king platform bed frame with integrated USB charging and LED lights. It says the mattress rests on the platform without a box spring. The report does not identify a model number or provide a verified Amazon listing ID, so confirm that the listing you are considering is the same king-size configuration.
The article says LED controls may use a remote or an app depending on the model. It does not establish which control method comes with this particular listing. Nor does it specify which USB port types are included beyond reporting USB charging; check the exact product variation rather than assuming it has USB-C or a particular port arrangement.

What to verify about fit and support
The source says no box spring is required, but it gives no exact frame dimensions, slat spacing, or manufacturer load rating. Those omissions matter for a king bed: confirm that the frame’s stated mattress dimensions match your mattress and that its support structure and load rating suit the mattress and sleepers. Check the mattress maker’s support requirements as well; the article does not establish compatibility for a specific mattress.
- Compare the listing’s outer dimensions and mattress fit with your room and mattress.
- Look for a published load rating and details about the center support and slats.
- Check whether the mattress manufacturer requires a particular support type or spacing.
Are the charging and LED features reliable?
The Inventory reports customer complaints about LED flickering or failure and USB-C charging problems. These are reported complaints, not a measured failure rate: the article does not provide the underlying review sample or an independent test. It is therefore not possible to quantify how often either issue occurs or confirm that the complaints refer to the exact king-size variation you may buy.

The same article mentions a 3.9-star average for related OLEVS frames, but gives neither an exact listing variation nor a review count. Treat that figure as neither the verified rating nor a dependable summary of reviews for this specific product. On Amazon, inspect recent reviews for the precise king configuration, especially those discussing the ports, lights, and whether the stated features match what arrived.
