A $10 discount on the physical preorder of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was reported in September and again in an early-October roundup, but neither report confirms that the deal is still available at checkout on October 7. Amazon’s October sale is Prime Big Deal Days, running October 6–7, 2026. Check the physical listing and cart before treating the discount as live.
Is Ocarina of Time discounted during Prime Big Deal Days?
There is no verified October 7 checkout price in the available deal reports. Tom’s Guide reported on September 18, 2026, that Amazon and Walmart had taken $10 off physical preorders; it said Amazon’s discount appeared after the item was added to the cart. An early-October Tom’s Guide roundup listed the game at $59, down from $69, and described Amazon’s offer as a hidden discount. These are dated reports, not confirmation that either price remains available today.
Before ordering, select the physical edition on Amazon, check the listing price and the price in your cart, and confirm stock, shipping estimate, and whether the offer applies to your account. Amazon’s event announcement says Prime Big Deal Days has Prime member-exclusive offers across more than 35 categories, but that does not establish a discount on this particular game.

Which game is the offer for, and when does it release?
Nintendo’s US Store lists The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for Nintendo Switch 2, with a release date of November 5, 2026. The reported $10 saving concerns the physical preorder. The cited deal coverage does not establish a digital-edition discount, so compare formats only after checking their current prices and availability.

Amazon calls its October 6–7, 2026 event Prime Big Deal Days. “October Prime Day” is used as shorthand in deal coverage, but it is not the event name in Amazon’s announcement. The separate summer Prime Day ran June 23–26, 2026.
