The Moto G67 Power and realme P4x both list 7,000mAh batteries, but they differ in charging speed, maximum screen refresh rate, rear-camera options, and stated software support. On paper, the P4x offers faster 45W charging and up to 144Hz refresh; the Moto lists an ultrawide camera, IP64 water resistance, a headphone jack, and one Android OS upgrade with three years of security maintenance releases. Neither is a clear all-round winner from specifications alone, and current prices need checking against the same retailer and storage configuration.

Specifications come from the manufacturers’ India pages: Motorola’s Moto G67 / G67 Power specifications and realme’s P4x 5G specifications. realme notes that configurations can vary by country and region, so check the exact model offered in India before comparing memory or storage.
Which phone has the faster performance?
The Moto uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, while the P4x uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G. Those chipset names do not establish which phone feels faster in everyday use or performs better in games. A fair verdict would require matched independent tests on the exact retail variants, with the same workloads and conditions; the cited sources do not provide that comparison.
realme advertises a 5300mm² VC FrostCore cooling system and UFS 3.1 storage on its product page. These are useful specifications to consider, but they do not by themselves prove sustained gaming performance or a speed advantage over the Moto.

How do the displays compare?
Both phones have similarly sized FHD+ LCD panels. The Moto’s listed screen measures 6.7 inches and refreshes at 120Hz; the P4x is 6.72 inches and supports up to 144Hz. The higher stated maximum on the realme may appeal if you prioritize smoother supported motion, though refresh rate alone does not establish overall display quality or how often the maximum is used.
Motorola specifies HDR10+ and Gorilla Glass 7i. realme lists up to 1000 nits peak brightness. These are different kinds of claims, so they do not form a direct quality ranking.
Battery capacity and charging: similar size, different wattage
Motorola lists a 7,000mAh battery and 30W charging capability. realme specifies 7,000mAh typical capacity, 6,830mAh rated capacity, and 45W charging. The P4x therefore has the higher stated charging wattage, while the phones’ advertised capacities are broadly similar.

Capacity and charging wattage are not measured battery-runtime results. Actual endurance and time to recharge depend on usage and conditions; no matched independent battery test for the two phones is established by the cited sources.
Camera differences: the Moto lists an ultrawide
The Moto’s rear system is specified as a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 main camera plus an 8MP ultrawide. realme lists a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The ultrawide gives the Moto a specifically listed second rear-camera option for wider scenes; a matching secondary rear camera is not listed in the cited P4x specification.
Megapixel counts and sensor names alone cannot determine which phone takes better photos or video. The available sources do not establish a matched independent camera comparison. Motorola’s front-camera details may vary by exact listing, so verify the regional configuration if selfies are important.

Protection, build, and everyday extras
Motorola lists IP64 water resistance and Gorilla Glass 7i, as well as a vegan-leather body. realme’s product page advertises military-grade certified durability, but the cited details do not establish a matching IP rating. Treat those statements as distinct rather than equivalent protection ratings.

Weigh these against the features you will actually use: for example, wired headphones or an explicitly rated water-resistance claim may matter more than a cooling-system area figure.
Software support and configurations
Motorola lists Android 15 for the Moto G67 Power, with one OS upgrade and three years of security maintenance releases. The cited realme specifications do not establish the P4x’s software-update policy, so check realme’s current India support information or confirm with the seller before making update longevity a deciding factor.

- Display Type: LCD; Operating System: Android 13.0
Motorola lists 8GB RAM with RAM Boost and 128GB built-in storage. realme advertises up to 18GB dynamic RAM and up to 256GB storage, with a warning that configurations vary by country and region. Dynamic RAM is not the same as physical RAM, so compare the actual physical memory and storage in the specific listing rather than relying on the largest advertised combined figure.

A 91mobiles comparison page accessed in 2026 showed the Moto at ₹23,500 on Amazon and the P4x at ₹22,999 on Flipkart, a ₹501 difference in that snapshot. These were prices from different retailers, and the page does not make them a same-store, same-configuration quote. They are volatile listing figures, not a lasting price verdict. See the 91mobiles comparison page for that dated snapshot.

Which phone should you choose?
Consider the realme P4x if
- You prioritize its higher stated 45W charging rate.
- You want the higher maximum refresh rate listed for the screen: up to 144Hz.
- The specific India configuration you find offers the storage capacity you need.
Consider the Moto G67 Power if
- You want an explicitly listed 8MP ultrawide rear camera alongside the 50MP main camera.
- IP64 water resistance, Gorilla Glass 7i, or a headphone jack matters to you.
- You value a stated software-support commitment of one OS upgrade and three years of security maintenance releases.
For processor speed, camera quality, and battery life, the specifications alone do not establish a winner. Make those deciding factors only if you can find reliable, independent comparisons of the exact variants.
