How to choose for your channel

  • One stream, continuous loop: Compare LiveReacting’s dedicated 24/7 plan with the Gyre tier that supplies your required resolution and storage.
  • Multiple simultaneous streams: Gyre’s listed Start+ and PRO+ capacities may suit multi-stream needs; confirm whether the HD/4K combination matches your use case.
  • Playlist or scheduling required: Gyre lists these on Start+ and PRO+, not Start. LiveReacting describes playlist looping and scheduling, but verify the specific plan’s limits on its current page.
  • Storage matters: Compare the plan allowance with the total size of the videos you intend to keep uploaded. Gyre lists 35 GB, 75 GB, and 150 GB across the named tiers; LiveReacting’s allowance is plan-specific and should be checked on its current offer.
  • Broader live production: If you also need features beyond hosted prerecorded loops, compare those capabilities on the official product pages; the listed plan facts here do not establish a detailed production-feature comparison.
  • Total cost: Compare the billing period, promotional terms, taxes, and required number of streams at checkout, rather than comparing a displayed monthly figure alone.

YouTube archive and monetization limits

A 24/7 stream may not produce a complete replay

YouTube says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived, but a stream exceeding 12 hours may not be captured at all. YouTube recommends keeping a local archive backup. Do not rely on a continuous stream to preserve a complete replay: plan a separate recording or archive workflow if the replay matters. YouTube Help: Archive live streams.

Looping does not guarantee monetization

YouTube monetization policies apply to live streams as well as other video formats. Its policy calls for original, authentic content and addresses generic, repetitive, or mass-produced content. YouTube states: “The substance of each video should be materially varied and deliver creative, educational, or other value.” The policy page says YouTube clarified on July 15, 2025 that repetitive or mass-produced content falls under its “inauthentic content” policy, renaming the former “repetitious content” policy. A service’s ability to loop a video does not establish monetization eligibility or guarantee watch hours. YouTube channel monetization policies.

Practical checks before you subscribe

  • Confirm the plan supports your required number of concurrent streams and resolution.
  • Check playlist, scheduling, and storage entitlements on the specific tier, not only the service’s general feature description.
  • Review the current checkout price, billing term, promotional offer, and applicable taxes.
  • Keep a separate archive if you need a complete recording of a stream lasting over 12 hours.
  • Review your channel’s content for originality and meaningful variation; hosting software cannot determine policy compliance for you.
