Amazon’s 2026 Prime Big Deal Days roundup included the LEGO Icons Project Hail Mary set (11389) at up to 30% off. A contemporaneous deal report put the US price at $69.99, down from $99.99, and said the offer was for Prime members. The event ran October 6–7, 2026, so those sale details are historical: check the Amazon listing for today’s price and availability.
What was the Big Deal Days price?
ComicBook.com reported the 830-piece LEGO set for $69.99, reduced from $99.99, during the US event. That is a $30 reduction, or 30% off the reported list price. Amazon’s official Prime Big Deal Days deal roundup also listed the set at up to 30% off, while warning that deal availability can change. The roundup confirms event inclusion, not the current price or stock.
The event was a Prime-member promotion. Amazon said it began October 6, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. PDT and ran for 48 hours through October 7. Its event announcement described the sale as exclusive to Prime members.

Was this really the set’s first discount?
ComicBook.com described the $69.99 offer as the first time Amazon had put the set on sale. That is the outlet’s account of Amazon’s prior pricing, not independently verified proof of a first discount across every retailer or the entire market. Amazon says product pages can show up to 365 days of price history, which may help shoppers assess recent Amazon pricing; it does not establish a complete history beyond that window or across sellers.
