The Kambrook Snap & Seal KFP655 is a discontinued Australian-market food processor with a 1.8 L bowl, 300 W rating, chopping blade and reversible slicing/shredding disc. Its documented features and safety instructions are clear, but the public CHOICE profile does not reveal the member-only test scores needed to judge how well it performs. Treat it as a possible second-hand or parts-supported model, not a currently available recommendation.
What the KFP655 offers
CHOICE lists the KFP655 as a discontinued model with a 1.8 L capacity, 300 W rating, 2.9 kg weight and dimensions of 39 × 24 × 21 cm (height × width × depth). It also lists two blades, a medium bowl, a two-year warranty field and a $110 price. That price is a listing on CHOICE’s profile, not a current quote or evidence of typical sale price. CHOICE’s KFP655 profile provides the public specifications; performance scores are restricted to members.
Attachments and controls
The KFP655 booklet, dated 17 April 2020 and described as suitable for all KFP655 models, specifies a 1.8 L processing bowl, an S-blade for chopping, a reversible slicing/shredding disc, large and small feed chutes, and corresponding pushers. It describes using the S-blade for chopping and feeding ingredients through the chutes when using the disc. Kambrook’s instruction booklet is the model-specific reference for assembly and operation.
A Harvey Norman listing describes two speeds plus pulse, an 8-cup/1.8 L bowl, dual chutes and dishwasher-safe parts. These are retailer-listed features and should not be treated as an independent performance assessment. Retail listings and offers can change. Harvey Norman’s listing showed a clearance offer when crawled, which does not establish current stock or price.

What is known about performance—and what is not
CHOICE has a public profile for the model, but its Expert Rating, performance and ease-of-use scores, and individual task results are member-only. The public information therefore does not establish whether the KFP655 slices, shreds, crumbles, handles pastry or emulsifies well. Nor does the available evidence support a durability or owner-satisfaction verdict.

Safety, assembly and cleaning
The Kambrook booklet says the processor will not operate unless the lid clips are securely locked onto the bowl. Switch off and unplug before assembly, disassembly or handling blades; both the S-blade and reversible disc have sharp cutting edges. The booklet also instructs users not to process hot or boiling liquids, to let them cool first, and not to exceed the marked maximum liquid fill for thin fluids. It specifies connection to a 230V or 240V outlet. Follow the full booklet for safe use.
The bowl, lid, feed chutes, S-blade, reversible disc and pushers can be washed in warm soapy water; the booklet also labels these removable parts dishwasher-safe. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth and do not immerse it. Store accessories inside the bowl and out of children’s reach.

Discontinued status and replacement parts
CHOICE marks the KFP655 discontinued. A retailer clearance listing is not evidence that new units remain broadly available, so check the seller’s current stock and terms before travelling or ordering.
BigWarehouse Spares lists KFP655-associated components including a lid/bowl processing assembly, blade, 2.5 L bowl, large pusher and small pusher. The listing is a useful way to identify possible part names, but does not confirm present stock, manufacturer authorization or fit for every variant. The KFP655 parts listing labels one bowl as 2.5 L, while the instruction booklet describes the standard processing bowl as 1.8 L. Do not assume that listed bowl is the same part or a drop-in replacement. Check the exact model suffix and part number with the seller before buying.

Verdict: who should consider the KFP655?
The KFP655 may suit someone who already owns the unit and needs to identify its attachments, use it safely or investigate a replacement part. A buyer considering a used example should confirm that the bowl, lid clips, pushers, S-blade and reversible disc are present and usable, and check any seller’s return terms. For a new processor purchase, the available public evidence is too limited to recommend the KFP655 on performance: compare currently available models using bowl capacity, power, included tools, chute setup, safety interlocks, cleaning and warranty, alongside task scores that are actually public.
