The Kambrook KFP400 is a discontinued 550 W food processor documented with a 1.5 L bowl, a processing blade, and a reversible disc for slicing or shredding. Its booklet describes useful everyday functions, but the public CHOICE listing does not disclose its test score or performance results. Current stock, price, replacement-part compatibility, and manufacturer support are unverified, so this is best read as a review of the model’s documented features and ownership considerations—not a claim that it is currently available or independently proven to outperform another processor.
What the Kambrook KFP400 includes
The KFP400 is a 550 W direct-drive food processor. Its instruction booklet also covers the KFP410, so confirm the model number on the appliance before relying on the booklet for a particular unit. The documented KFP400 configuration includes:
- A 1.5 L processor bowl.
- A processing blade for chopping, mixing, and processing tasks.
- A reversible stainless-steel disc for slicing or shredding.
- A food pusher with a removable 150 ml measuring cup.

What the available review evidence can—and cannot—tell you
CHOICE’s test results are not public
CHOICE has a product-test listing for the KFP400 and identifies it as discontinued. The public page shows test categories including performance, ease of use, slicing, crumbing, shredding, pastry, emulsifying, blender performance, and noise, but gates the Expert Rating and results to members. There is therefore no public score here to quote, and no basis in the visible material for claiming the KFP400 beats another model.

Appliances Online shows six customer ratings, all five stars, and dated comments from 2021. That is a small retailer-page sample, not representative evidence or an independent product test. - Lock the bowl and lid into place; the booklet says the processor will not operate unless both are correctly locked.
- For slicing or shredding, feed food through the chute and use the pusher. Do not push food with your hands or put your hands into the chute.
- Handle the processing blade and reversible disc carefully; both are sharp.
- Switch off at the outlet and unplug the appliance before disassembling parts.
- If it has run continuously for too long, let it rest for 25–30 minutes before using it again. The booklet does not specify a continuous-run duration in the material cited here.

Cleaning and storage
The booklet says the lid, bowl, reversible disc, pusher, and blades can be washed in warm soapy water and may also be washed in a dishwasher. It cautions against soaking the blade and disc for an extended period, and instructs users to store the processing blade with its protective cover. The KFP400’s documented 1.5 L capacity, slicing and shredding disc, and processing blade describe a compact, multipurpose setup. Whether it suits a particular kitchen depends on its condition and whether that capacity and tool set meet the intended workload; the available public material does not establish how well it performs in independent tests.

CHOICE marks the model discontinued, and the reviewed listings do not establish current stock or a current price. They also do not verify compatible replacement parts or a current manufacturer support route. If considering a used or remaining-stock unit, check the exact model label, included attachments, bowl and lid locking condition, blade and disc condition, and whether documentation is available before committing.
