Agar Jio internet par YouTube ka pre-recorded live stream baar-baar rukta ya disconnect hota hai, pehle pata karein ki dikkat Jio connection mein hai, YouTube app mein, ya sirf aapke device par. Wahi video kisi doosre connection par chalakar, playback quality kam karke aur zarurat par MyJio diagnostics chala kar shuruaat karein. Ek video ka rukna apne aap mein Jio outage ya router fault ka saboot nahi hai.

Jio mobile data aur Wi-Fi ke beech switch karke wahi video chalayein
Mobile data par hain to Wi-Fi azmayein; Wi-Fi par hain to, agar uplabdh ho, mobile data se test karein. Mobile data istemal karne par aapke plan ya data charges lagu ho sakte hain. Agar doosre connection par video chal jata hai, to yeh connection path se judi dikkat ka ishara hai—lekin isse exact wajah, jaise outage ya Wi-Fi signal, sabit nahi hoti. YouTube player mein playback quality kam karein
Video ke player mein Settings kholkar Quality chunein aur uplabdh ho to kam resolution select karein. Kam quality se playback ko ek baar mein kam data chahiye ho sakta hai. Isse diagnostic test ya workaround samjhein, pakka fix nahi—khaaskar agar connection baar-baar poori tarah disconnect ho raha ho. Quality ke options device aur video ke mutabik badal sakte hain.

YouTube app ko refresh karein; supported phone par cache clear karein
App ko poori tarah band karke dobara kholein aur wahi video retry karein. Mobile device par system settings se YouTube app ka cache clear karna bhi azma sakte hain, agar aapka operating system yeh option deta hai. Menu ke naam Android version aur device ke hisab se alag ho sakte hain; cache clear karne ke baad app kholkar playback phir test karein.

Device restart karein aur updates check karein
Phone, computer, ya TV restart karein. YouTube app, browser, aur device software ke updates uplabdh hon to install karein, phir video dobara chalayein. TV par restart ke baad YouTube app kholkar replay karein. YouTube ke mutabik live programming mein network congestion aur doosre factors bhi stream mein issues ya delay la sakte hain; yeh baat apne aap Jio outage confirm nahi karti.

Doosre supported device par test karein
Wahi video, wahi connection par kisi aur supported device mein chalayein. Agar wahan chalta hai, to pehle device/app par focus karein. MyJio kholkar apne Home/Fiber service area mein jayein, phir JioCare ya Run Diagnostics option dhoondhein. Agar Fix Now dikhe to app ke prompts follow karein. Jio ke alag help pages aur app versions mein tabs ke labels thode alag ho sakte hain, isliye apni service ke liye app mein dikh rahe vartaman labels dekhein. Report mein batayein ki aap Jio mobile data, JioFiber, ya AirFiber par hain; kya doosri apps ya devices bhi affected the; dikkat kab hui; quality kam karne se farq pada ya nahi; aur MyJio diagnostics ne kya result ya error dikhaya.
