Yes—if you have not played both adventures and can get the collection at a price that suits you. It bundles the single-player campaigns of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Choose PS5 for straightforward console play; choose PC if your system meets the published requirements and you want more control over graphics, display formats, and input devices. Existing PS4 owners should check whether they qualify for an upgrade before buying again.
What do you get in the collection?
The package includes two single-player adventures: Nathan Drake’s story in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Chloe Frazer and Nadine Ross’s journey in Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. The PC edition launched on Steam on October 19, 2022. Steam’s product page describes the collection and its current listing.
It is not a complete edition of the original games: the collection omits their multiplayer modes. PlayStation lists the PS5 release as a one-player game. PlayStation’s game page

There is no basis here for declaring one platform universally better-performing: the available information covers official features and PC requirements, not a controlled comparison of frame rates or image quality across systems.

Can your PC run the collection?
Naughty Dog’s published guidance dates from 2022. Its targets are reference tiers, not a guarantee of performance on every PC or a current benchmark. All three tiers list 126 GB of storage; the minimum allows an HDD, though an SSD is recommended, while the recommended and performance tiers specify an SSD. Naughty Dog’s PC requirements

Before purchasing on PC, check your exact processor and graphics card against the tier you are aiming for, along with available disk space. The published targets are useful for screening, but do not establish what every system will achieve.

The collection is easiest to justify if you still have both campaigns ahead of you. If you already own either game, investigate the PS4 upgrade route before paying the full collection price. A subscription route can also change the calculation, but only if the title is currently in your regional catalog and your membership provides access.

Do PS4 owners get a cheaper PS5 upgrade?
PlayStation’s December 2021 announcement described a $10/€10 digital upgrade for qualifying owners of either original PS4 title or their bundle. The stated launch terms included important exceptions: a disc owner had to insert the PS4 disc to play the PS5 digital upgrade, so the offer did not work on a disc-free PS5; people who claimed Uncharted 4 through PlayStation Plus were excluded.
