Fizz’s Quebec plan page displays an offer deadline of September 15, inclusive, but the year is not shown, and its visible plan selector does not confirm a $29/20 GB plan. As of October 4, 2026, the offer’s current availability is therefore unverified. Check the live plan selector for your province before switching; Fizz says offers and rates can change without notice and may vary by province. Fizz’s Quebec plan page
How to verify the $29/20 GB offer
Do not treat the headline price and allowance as a confirmed current offer. The Quebec page’s “Last chance” banner says the offer is valid until September 15 inclusively, but does not identify a year. The captured selector also does not show a readable $29 price paired with 20 GB. Availability may depend on province and can change without notice, according to Fizz’s plan-page terms.
- Open Fizz’s mobile plans page and select your province.
- Use the live plan selector to check whether the $29 price and 20 GB allowance appear together, and review the included services and any offer conditions.
- Before confirming, check the recurring price, applicable taxes, and any charges or add-ons not included in the base price.
Fizz says a plan’s base price remains unchanged during a subscription unless the customer changes the plan. That does not mean an offer will remain open to new customers or that the same plan can be restored later: Fizz says it cannot guarantee the same plan will remain available on the same conditions after a plan change. Review the change rules before altering a promotional plan. Fizz plan-page terms

1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsWhat to check before bringing your phone
Compatibility and number transfer
Fizz requires a compatible phone that is VoLTE-certified on its network. Its indexed BYOD page says customers can choose any plan when bringing a phone, with no connection fee or long-term contract. The same page says an active phone number can be transferred; do not cancel your current provider before starting the transfer. Because that BYOD page was not directly accessible when reviewed, confirm the current requirements with Fizz before proceeding. Fizz’s BYOD page
eSIM or physical SIM
Fizz offers a free eSIM, which it describes as activatable the same day, and a physical SIM delivered by mail. Its mobile FAQ estimates physical-SIM delivery at 2–5 business days. Fizz says there is no activation fee. Check that your phone supports eSIM if you want to use it. Fizz mobile plans and FAQ

Optional trial

Check coverage where you actually use your phone
Fizz lists service in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia. It advertises 5G in several urban areas and 5G+ in certain areas, but availability depends on location and selected coverage. Fizz’s Quebec legal notes say the selected coverage defines where the service can be used and that subscribers must not use the service primarily on a partner provider’s network. Check Fizz’s coverage map for home, work, and regular travel locations before switching. Fizz mobile plans · Fizz coverage and legal notes

How data rollover works—and what does not roll over
Fizz says eligible unused data from a plan automatically carries into the next month and the month after. Its legal notes specify that plan data may be used within the two months following the cycle in which it accrued, provided the customer keeps an active plan. Add-on data, gifted data, and My Rewards data are excluded. Fizz plan-page terms
Data gifting is separate from rollover: Fizz says only data associated with the current cycle can be gifted, in 500 MB blocks. The recipient needs an eligible active plan and must use the gift before the end of their next full cycle. Fizz plan-page terms

What the advertised price may leave out
Fizz’s monthly base price excludes discounts, add-ons, travel add-ons, out-of-plan charges, and applicable taxes. Its terms also say pre-authorized payment occurs 72 hours before the next payment cycle. Check the final amount and payment timing during signup rather than assuming the headline price is the complete bill. Fizz plan-page terms
