For a YouTube channel that should loop prerecorded videos unattended, Gyre is a closer fit than IRL Pro. Gyre describes uploading videos, arranging them into a playlist, and streaming continuously from the cloud. IRL Pro is an Android app for broadcasting live from a phone; it is not documented as a service for unattended playback of a prerecorded catalog. If you want to keep prerecorded videos live without leaving a computer on, StreamNeo is another cloud option: it plays uploaded videos to YouTube and offers one flat price per slot for any quality up to 4K 60fps. See StreamNeo.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose Gyre if you want to upload rights-cleared recordings and keep them playing as a continuous YouTube stream from the cloud. Gyre describes playlists and scheduling on some paid tiers; check the plan details before subscribing.
- Choose IRL Pro if your goal is to broadcast yourself live from an Android phone and you need mobile-streaming controls. The available product information does not establish it as an unattended 24/7 prerecorded-loop service.
- Consider StreamNeo if your goal is specifically to keep uploaded videos live on YouTube without maintaining a phone or computer. It runs in the cloud and includes automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream.
These are not direct substitutes: Gyre’s documented workflow is a cloud-hosted prerecorded loop, while IRL Pro is a mobile live-broadcast app. If by “24/7 channel” you mean a person on camera at all times, neither a prerecorded loop nor its automation is the same thing as continuous live presence.
How their workflows differ
| Decision point | Gyre | IRL Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Main workflow | Upload prerecorded files, arrange a playlist, and stream it continuously from the cloud. | Stream a live mobile broadcast from an Android device to YouTube and other destinations. |
| Does a person and phone need to stay on camera? | Not for the described cloud-loop workflow. | Yes, it is designed for mobile live streaming. |
| Multiple continuous broadcasts | Paid plans list capacity from one HD stream through eight HD streams or two 4K streams, depending on tier. | Official product information describes mobile-streaming features, not managed fleets of continuous prerecorded loops. |
| What to check before relying on it | Current price and billing interval, stream capacity, storage, resolution, playlist and scheduler access, trial watermark, YouTube settings, and content rights. | Android compatibility, destination protocol support, network reliability, battery and heat behavior, and stream-key setup. |
Gyre plans and limits
Gyre’s official homepage, observed on October 3, 2026, displayed these prices for monthly billing. Vendor prices and features can change; confirm the current checkout total and billing interval before buying.

| Plan | Displayed monthly price | Listed capacity and features |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | $0 for 7 days | One HD stream, 20 GB storage, up to 15 files, Full HD 30 fps, and a watermark. |
| Start | $49 monthly | One HD stream, 35 GB storage, Full HD 60 fps; playlists and scheduling are listed as unavailable. |
| Start+ | $99 monthly | Up to four HD streams or one 4K stream, 75 GB storage, playlist and scheduler access, Full HD 60 fps or 4K. |
| PRO+ | $169 monthly | Up to eight HD streams or two 4K streams, 150 GB storage, playlist and scheduler access, Full HD 60 fps or 4K. |
The homepage also displayed multi-month totals and discounts; the figures above are the listed monthly-billing prices, not monthly equivalents calculated from those other offers. Match the plan to the number of concurrent streams and whether you need 4K, playlists, or scheduling—not just the headline price.

- Compact but Powerful Design: ZowieBox is smaller than a phone, featuring a tally light and LCD screen for streaming status. Capture console gameplay in up to 4K with zero-lag HDMI passthrough, while the built-in video encoder converts video for IP streaming. The IP stream can also be decoded back to a 4K HDMI signal.
- Standalone Game Streaming: Just plug and play—ZowieBox enables PC-free live gaming without affecting gameplay. As an RTMP hardware encoder and HDMI streamer, it delivers stable streaming directly from your source, making it ideal for gaming, live events, and professional broadcasting.
- NDI|HX3 Converter Technology: ZowieBox converts HDMI signals to NDI|HX3/HX2/HX, functioning as an NDI video encoder, or NDI Video Decoder for flexible IP workflows. Certified NDI technology enables low-latency gameplay streaming through OBS/vMix. Note: Encoder and decoder modes cannot run simultaneously; full NDI signals are not supported.
- UVC to HDMI Conversion: Supporting up to 4K@30fps and 1080p@60fps decoding, ZowieBox enables flexible conversion for webcam and video workflows. As a video decoder and HDMI to IP converter, it expands connectivity options for professional video devices. Note: USB capture card functionality is not currently supported.
- All-around Configuration Options: Control ZowieBox through its web UI on a PC, phone, or tablet. Manage connected PTZ cameras, tally light, video/audio, OSD, work mode, streams, network, and system settings. Support for VISCA over IP encoder workflows enables flexible PTZ control, while the dashboard provides video preview and system status.
Gyre’s YouTube API details
In a September 2026 update, Gyre said channel authorization and broadcast creation can be handled through the YouTube API. The same update says API-created streams start with monetization disabled unless a setting in YouTube Studio is enabled. It also reports limits of 10 active streams per channel and three per stream key, alongside Gyre plan capacities of one, four, or eight concurrent streams. These are dated vendor implementation details, not a substitute for checking YouTube’s current limits before a larger deployment.
What IRL Pro is suited to
IRL Pro is relevant when the broadcast itself is live and mobile—for example, a creator streaming from an Android phone. It is not the closer choice for a channel that should replay uploaded recordings after the creator leaves. Its Google Play listing showed a last update of September 18, 2024, so check the current app listing and test compatibility and behavior on your own device before depending on it for a broadcast.

A phone mount is optional for the mobile-broadcast use case, not a requirement of the app or a need for Gyre’s cloud loop. No particular mount model is established here.
Rights, YouTube rules, and monetization
YouTube Help states: “All content in live streams must adhere to our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.” YouTube also reserves the right to restrict a creator’s ability to livestream. Before looping or broadcasting, confirm you have permission for every video, music track, image, and other element in the stream, and review YouTube’s current policies.

Note: basic networking knowledge (IP address, RTSP/RTMP configuration) is recommended for advanced streaming setups.
- 【Compact Design with Flexible Deployment】Palm-sized form factor (approx. 90×54×29mm) fits easily behind monitors, on shelves, or in equipment racks. Low power consumption ensures reliable 24/7 operation for live events, remote monitoring, and digital signage.
- 【Professional Audio & OSD Overlay + 1-Year Warranty】 Supports HDMI embedded audio plus external 3.5mm input. Built-in OSD generator adds scrolling text, logos, or timestamps directly to the video stream — ideal for branding, event info, or security labeling. Backed by a 1-year warranty and 24/7 online technical support.
- A stream being technically live does not make it automatically monetized or eligible for monetization.
- For Gyre streams created through its API, the September 2026 vendor update says monetization depends on a YouTube Studio setting; without it, monetization is disabled when the stream is created.
- Neither continuous streaming nor either service guarantees views, recommendations placement, or revenue. Whether repeated material qualifies for monetization depends on YouTube’s current rules and the channel’s circumstances.
Or let it run in the cloud
If you want prerecorded videos to stay live on YouTube without keeping a computer running, StreamNeo is purpose-built for that workflow. Upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live; StreamNeo loops the videos from the cloud.
