How to read the India price difference
The ₹6,000 gap compares two published India prices, not identical memory options: the iQOO listing is for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, while the Samsung listing is for 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. iQOO also lists a 16GB+512GB model at ₹93,999. These are manufacturer-published figures, not a guarantee of today’s checkout price; check the current listing, availability and any offers before buying.
What the display specifications indicate
On listed size, resolution and refresh rate, the iQOO has the larger, higher-resolution, faster-refreshing panel. Samsung specifies a smaller 6.7-inch FHD+ display at up to 120 Hz. Those figures describe different aspects of the screens; they do not establish comparative brightness, color accuracy or visibility outdoors.

Processor names are not performance results
The iQOO uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while Samsung’s India announcement names the Exynos 2600. Processor names alone do not show which phone is faster in games, sustained workloads or everyday use. The cited material does not provide comparable benchmark results, so a performance ranking would go beyond the available evidence.

Camera hardware and zoom
Both phones list a 50MP main camera and a telephoto camera with 3× zoom, but their rear-camera arrangements differ. iQOO lists three 50MP rear cameras, including a 3× periscope telephoto; Samsung lists a 50MP main, 12MP ultra-wide and 8MP telephoto with 3× optical zoom. Their front cameras are 32MP and 12MP respectively. Megapixel counts and lens descriptions do not establish which phone takes better photos or video.
Battery capacity, charging and support
iQOO lists a 7,000 mAh battery and faster charging rates: 100W wired and 40W wireless, compared with Samsung’s 45W wired and 15W wireless. These specifications do not predict battery life by themselves; actual endurance depends on usage and other conditions. Samsung’s stated update policy gives buyers a defined support commitment: up to seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates from the global launch date. The cited iQOO pages list Android 16 and OriginOS 6 but do not provide a comparable duration.

US price is a separate market reference
Samsung Newsroom US announced a $699.99 starting price for the Galaxy S26 FE. It is a US-market figure and should not be compared directly with the India prices in rupees. Samsung said the phone would be available from select US carriers starting September 3, 2026, and from Samsung.com, carriers and retailers nationwide starting September 4, 2026. Samsung Newsroom US
Which specifications matter most for your choice?
- Consider the iQOO 15 if its listed larger, higher-resolution 144 Hz display, 7,000 mAh battery, faster charging or higher-RAM India configuration suits your priorities.
- Consider the Galaxy S26 FE if Samsung’s stated seven-generation OS and seven-year security-update commitment is especially important to you, or its India listing better matches your budget.
- Compare current local offers before deciding. Availability and prices vary by country and can change; verify the exact RAM and storage configuration and check network compatibility in your market.
These points compare manufacturer-listed specifications and prices, not independent camera, battery-life or performance tests. They can narrow the choice by features, but do not establish a universal real-world winner.
