The iQOO 13 5G and OnePlus 13s had the same reported India launch prices in June 2025, and both use the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The deciding differences are size, screen, and camera coverage: the OnePlus 13s is smaller and lighter, while the iQOO 13 has a larger, higher-resolution display and an ultrawide rear camera.
India price difference: what the reported prices show
Gadgets 360 reported on 5 June 2025 that both phones started at ₹54,999 for their 12GB/256GB configurations. Its report also listed each phone’s 512GB version at ₹59,999, but the memory configurations differ: 12GB/512GB for the OnePlus 13s and 16GB/512GB for the iQOO 13. These are historical reported prices, not current offers. The sources do not establish matched October 2026 prices or stock for both models, so check the exact variant and retailer before buying.

The listed specifications come from the iQOO India product page, the OnePlus India product page, and Gadgets 360’s comparison. The manufacturers’ display, battery, and charging figures are specifications or claims, not results from a shared independent test; brightness methods may differ, so the listed nit figures should not be treated as directly comparable. Megapixel counts also do not establish which phone takes better photos.
Which phone is easier to handle?
OnePlus 13s: smaller and lighter
At 6.32 inches and 185g, the OnePlus 13s is the more compact choice. Its 1–120Hz LTPO OLED display offers less viewing area than the iQOO’s screen, but the difference in size and listed weight may matter more if you prefer a phone that is easier to hold or carry.
#1 Best Overall
- Large 6.8-inch HD+ display offers an immersive viewing experience for streaming, gaming, and more.
- Capture stunning photos and videos with the 48MP triple rear camera system and 13MP front-facing camera.
- Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G processor for lightning-fast performance and 5G connectivity.
- 64GB of internal storage provides ample space for apps, photos, videos, and files (expandable via microSD card).
- Long-lasting 4,750mAh battery keeps you going all day on a single charge.
iQOO 13: more screen area
The iQOO 13 pairs a 6.82-inch screen with a 2K LTPO panel and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. Its listed weight is 213g. Choose it when a larger display for video, games, or multitasking matters more than a smaller handset.
How do the cameras differ?
The main distinction is lens coverage. The iQOO 13 lists a main camera, telephoto camera with 4x lossless zoom, and ultrawide camera, all at 50MP. The OnePlus 13s has a main camera and a 2x telephoto camera, but no ultrawide according to Gadgets 360’s comparison. An ultrawide gives you an additional framing option for subjects such as architecture or group scenes; these specifications alone do not show which phone produces better images.

Performance, battery and charging
Same flagship processor
Both phones use the Snapdragon 8 Elite, so the core chip is not a reason to expect one to have a newer or higher-tier platform. Sustained performance can also depend on cooling, software, and workload; the available information does not establish a comparable independent sustained-load test.
Battery capacity and charging ratings
iQOO specifies a 6000mAh battery and 120W FlashCharge; OnePlus specifies 5850mAh and 80W SUPERVOOC. Those capacities and wattage ratings do not by themselves predict everyday runtime or the time needed to recharge under typical use. The fast-charging systems are branded technologies, so do not assume an arbitrary USB-C charger will deliver the advertised maximum charging rate.

A 91mobiles comparison page reports PCMark battery results of 13 hours 09 minutes for the iQOO 13 and 16 hours 34 minutes for the OnePlus 13s. These are results from that page’s benchmark, not a promise of screen time or all-day endurance for every user. Real-world use varies with settings, signal conditions, apps, and workload.
Software support: treat launch-era figures as dated
Gadgets 360 reported that both phones launched with Android 15 and were promised four Android OS upgrades. The same June 2025 report listed six years of security updates for the OnePlus 13s and five years for the iQOO 13. These are launch-era support figures, not a confirmation of current terms; check each manufacturer’s latest policy before making a decision based on how long updates will continue.

Which should you choose?
- Choose the OnePlus 13s if a smaller, lighter phone is your main priority.
- Choose the iQOO 13 if you want a larger, sharper display with a higher listed maximum refresh rate, an ultrawide camera, greater nominal battery capacity, and a higher charging-wattage rating.
- Compare exact variants and live offers before deciding: the reported launch prices were equal at the listed tiers, but the 512GB configurations have different RAM amounts, and historical prices do not establish current availability.
This recommendation follows the listed specifications and reported figures; it is not based on personal testing.
