iPage’s first-term offer is not its renewal price, and the amount shown on its public rate pages may not match your account. iPage says most customers were to migrate to Network Solutions on or about February 20, 2026, but that notice does not confirm whether a particular account moved. Before budgeting or cancelling, check your active account for its provider, plan, renewal date, and next invoice.
How much does iPage cost after the first term?
iPage states that introductory prices apply only to the first service term and that plans renew at regular rates. Its regular-rates summary directs hosting customers to the Renewal Center for hosting prices. The public WP Essential schedule below is useful for reference, but it is not a guarantee of the rate on a legacy or migrated account. iPage says rates can change; the page was checked on October 7, 2026.
| Plan and term | Published renewal rate | Billed total |
|---|---|---|
| WP Starter, 36 months | $7.49/month | $269.64 |
| WP Starter, 24 months | $8.49/month | $203.76 |
| WP Starter, 12 months | $9.49/month | $113.88 |
| WP Starter, monthly | $10.49/month | $10.49 |
| WP Essential, 36 months | $10.49/month | $377.64 |
| WP Essential, 24 months | $11.49/month | $275.76 |
| WP Essential, 12 months | $12.49/month | $149.88 |
| WP Essential, monthly | $12.49/month | $12.49 |
These are provider-published renewal rates for the listed plans and billing terms, not a complete schedule for every iPage product or account. Confirm your own amount in the account’s Renewal Center or next invoice. See iPage’s published hosting renewal rates.
What happens to iPage accounts in 2026?
iPage’s user agreement says that, except for resellers and their customers, iPage customers would migrate to Network Solutions “on or about February 20, 2026.” The agreement says migrated accounts are governed by Network Solutions terms, while accounts that were not migrated remain subject to iPage terms. The stated timing is not proof that every account completed migration, and the notice does not establish an individual customer’s provider or bill. Check the active billing account and the provider named on your invoice. Read iPage’s user agreement.

Can add-ons change the renewal bill?
Yes. Domain privacy, SSL, backup, email, and website-builder services may have separate charges from hosting. The following are published add-on renewal rates on iPage pages checked October 7, 2026; availability and rates can change.
| Add-on | Published renewal rate |
|---|---|
| Domain Privacy and Protection, 1 year | $18.60 |
| Domain Privacy and Protection, 2 years | $37.20 |
| Domain Privacy and Protection, 3 years | $55.80 |
| Website Backup Basic, 1 year | $30.99 |
| Website Backup Basic, 2 years | $58.18 |
| Website Backup Basic, 3 years | $81.58 |
| Website Backup Pro, monthly | $3.99/month |
| Website Backup Pro, 1 year | $43.99 |
| Website Backup Pro, 2 years | $82.50 |
| Website Backup Pro, 3 years | $117.90 |
Check the invoice line by line to distinguish hosting from add-ons and domain charges. iPage’s regular-rates summary lists its published service rates and directs hosting customers to the Renewal Center.
How does iPage auto-renewal work?
iPage says hosting is set to auto-renew by default. Its help page says renewal billing begins 15 days before expiration for terms of at least one year, and 5 days before expiration for shorter terms. Its user agreement says a customer must opt out at least 16 calendar days before the end of the term to avoid the described renewal charge. Because billing can begin before expiry, use the agreement’s opt-out deadline rather than waiting until the final billing window. See iPage’s hosting renewal instructions.

- Sign in to the account used to manage your hosting or billing.
- Check the account’s provider name, plan, renewal date, and next invoice. If hosting prices are not displayed with the plan, use the Renewal Center referenced by iPage’s regular-rates page.
- Review separate invoice lines for hosting, domains, privacy, SSL, backup, email, or website-builder services.
- If you want to stop renewal, contact the provider shown in the active account before the applicable deadline. iPage’s agreement describes cancellation by phone or chat, subject to ownership verification.
What should you know before cancelling?
Cancellation terms may depend on the account and the service. iPage’s user agreement describes a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible basic hosting fees; it does not apply to every plan or charge. If a free domain was included and the customer cancels but keeps it, the agreement says a non-refundable $15 domain fee applies. Check the agreement and your account’s terms before relying on a refund or cancelling an add-on separately. Review the agreement’s cancellation and refund terms.

How to judge whether the renewal is worth it
Compare the total due—not just the displayed monthly equivalent—with another provider’s price for the same billing term. Also account for which provider’s terms govern your account, what backup and security services are included, domain costs, cancellation deadlines, and the work and expense of moving your website. A cheaper headline rate may not represent a lower total cost if services are billed separately or migration requires extra work.
