The Infinix Note Edge is the better fit if you want a curved 1.5K AMOLED screen, a larger battery, a higher-resolution selfie camera or 256GB storage. The Infinix Hot 70 Pro costs less on Infinix India’s listed sale price and offers a higher maximum refresh rate and an official IP68 rating. At the manufacturer-store prices checked, the Hot 70 Pro was ₹2,000 cheaper; prices and promotions can change.
India price difference: Hot 70 Pro is ₹2,000 less in the listed sale-price snapshot
Infinix India listed the Note Edge at ₹26,999, reduced from ₹34,999, and the Hot 70 Pro at ₹24,999, reduced from ₹32,999. That is a ₹2,000 gap between the displayed sale prices, not a guarantee of what either phone will cost at a marketplace or when you buy. Check the Note Edge listing and Hot 70 Pro listing for the live price, stock and selected variant. A third-party comparison lists a different Hot 70 Pro price, so this comparison uses the manufacturer’s India storefront snapshot.

Specifications are from the Infinix India Note Edge page and Infinix India Hot 70 Pro page. The India manufacturer listing calls the latter “Hot 70 Pro” and identifies model X6896; other sources use suffixes such as “5G” or “5G+.” Confirm that the model and network bands match your needs before ordering.
Which phone has the better display?
Choose the Note Edge if you value display type and resolution: it has a curved 1.5K AMOLED panel. The Hot 70 Pro uses an FHD+ LCD but lists a maximum refresh rate of up to 144Hz, compared with 120Hz for the Note Edge. In practical terms, this is a choice between the Note Edge’s higher-resolution AMOLED specification and the Hot 70 Pro’s higher stated refresh-rate ceiling. The specifications alone do not establish which screen will look or feel better to you.

- Tested for battery health and guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
Performance: same named chipset family, no established speed winner
Infinix identifies a Dimensity 7100-family platform for both models. That does not prove equal performance, and the product specifications do not provide a controlled benchmark comparison. Do not choose one on the assumption that it is faster without comparable testing of the exact India variants.
Battery and charging: compare capacity, not promised runtime
The Note Edge lists a 6500mAh battery; the Hot 70 Pro lists 6000mAh. Both list 45W charging, while bypass charging is advertised for the Note Edge. Capacity and charging specifications do not establish how long a phone will last in your use, and no comparable battery-endurance result is established here.

Cameras: hardware differences do not settle photo quality
Both phones list a 50MP rear main camera. The Hot 70 Pro listing identifies its sensor as a Sony IMX882; the Note Edge listing does not specify the same sensor detail. The Note Edge has a 13MP front camera versus 8MP on the Hot 70 Pro, but pixel count by itself is not proof of better selfies. No comparable camera test establishes a quality winner.

Storage and software
The Note Edge adds an 8GB/256GB configuration; the Hot 70 Pro’s listed options top out at 8GB/128GB. Both product pages list XOS 16 with Android 16. Compare the actual storage variant and its live price rather than assuming the two sale prices apply to equivalent configurations.

Ingress protection
The Hot 70 Pro is listed as IP68, while the Note Edge is IP65. These ratings indicate different levels of protection against dust and water under specified test conditions; neither means a phone is waterproof or safe in every exposure. Follow the manufacturer’s care and warranty terms, especially after liquid contact.

- Choose the Note Edge if the curved 1.5K AMOLED display, 6500mAh capacity, 13MP front-camera specification or 256GB storage option matters most to you.
- Choose the Hot 70 Pro if you prefer its up-to-144Hz display specification, IP68 rating or lower manufacturer-store sale-price snapshot.
- Compare both at checkout if your priorities are the shared Dimensity 7100 family platform, 50MP rear main-camera resolution or 45W charging; those shared specifications do not establish a performance or camera-quality tie.
Before paying, verify the current price, stock, storage variant, regional model, network-band compatibility and warranty terms. The storefront comparison is specific to the India listings and prices checked, not a promise of availability or a marketplace quote.
