The Hot 70 Pro listing specifies a larger, sharper, faster-refreshing display and a larger battery; the Note 50x listing specifies a Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset and rear 4K video. These are manufacturer-published specifications, not results from a hands-on comparison.
Price difference in India
Infinix India displayed a sale price of ₹14,999 for the Note 50x 5G+, reduced from a listed regular price of ₹16,999. Its Hot 70 Pro page displayed ₹24,999, reduced from ₹32,999. What the differences mean when choosing
Display: Hot 70 Pro has the stronger listed specifications
The Hot 70 Pro’s screen is 0.09 inches larger diagonally, has a higher listed resolution, and supports a refresh rate up to 144Hz rather than 120Hz. That makes it the clearer choice on paper if screen size, resolution, or maximum refresh rate is a priority. Those figures alone do not establish brightness, color accuracy, or overall viewing quality.

Chipset: the names do not prove which phone is faster
Infinix lists a Dimensity 7300 Ultimate for the Note 50x and a Dimensity 7100 5G for the Hot 70 Pro. The manufacturer pages provide no controlled head-to-head benchmark, so they do not establish which performs better in everyday use or games. Do not treat chipset names or the listed manufacturing process as a measured performance result.

Camera: Note 50x lists a higher maximum rear-video resolution
Both phones list a 50MP rear main camera and an 8MP front camera. The Note 50x specifies rear recording up to 4K at 30fps; the Hot 70 Pro specifies up to 2K at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps. These modes describe available recording specifications, not comparative photo or video quality.

Battery: Hot 70 Pro has greater listed capacity, not proven longer runtime
The Hot 70 Pro’s listed 6,000mAh capacity is 500mAh higher than the Note 50x’s 5,500mAh. Both pages list 45W wired charging and up to 10W reverse charging. Capacity by itself cannot establish how long either phone lasts between charges; no comparative endurance test is available in the cited product information.
Software: the listed Android versions differ
The product pages show XOS 15 powered by Android 15 for the Note 50x and XOS 16 powered by Android 16 for the Hot 70 Pro. The cited pages do not establish update duration or a future software-support schedule, so check Infinix’s current regional support information if update policy is a deciding factor.

- Consider the Hot 70 Pro if you value its larger, higher-resolution, higher-refresh-rate display and higher listed battery capacity enough to pay the displayed ₹10,000 premium.
