भारत से तमिल बच्चों की कहानियों का लगातार YouTube Live फ़ीड चलाने के लिए सत्यापित चैनल, prerecorded वीडियो और encoder चाहिए। YouTube एक ही 24 घंटे के प्रसारण के uninterrupted रहने या उसका पूरा replay सेव होने की गारंटी नहीं देता—इसलिए बच्चों के लिए सही audience setting चुनें, हर इस्तेमाल किए गए version के अधिकार जाँचें और अलग replay plan रखें।
पहले तय करें कि आपको लगातार लाइव फ़ीड चाहिए या पूरा replay भी
एक लंबा लाइव प्रसारण और बाद में देखने के लिए सुरक्षित पूरा वीडियो दो अलग लक्ष्य हैं। YouTube के अनुसार 12 घंटे से कम के streams अपने-आप archive हो सकते हैं; 12 घंटे से अधिक का stream शायद capture ही न हो। इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि हर छोटा stream ज़रूर archive होगा, या 24/7 प्रसारण बिना रुकावट चलता रहेगा। YouTube की archive guidance के मुताबिक, local backup रखना भी समझदारी है।
अगर replay महत्वपूर्ण है, तो लगातार चलने वाले एक लंबे broadcast पर निर्भर न रहें। छोटे broadcast sessions की योजना बनाएँ और मूल वीडियो/recording की अपनी सुरक्षित प्रति रखें। Sessions के बीच प्रसारण रुक सकता है; इसे seamless 24/7 feed न समझें।

चैनल की eligibility और encoder तैयार करें
- Eligibility जाँचें: लाइव stream करने वाला व्यक्ति कम-से-कम 16 वर्ष का होना चाहिए। चैनल verified हो और पिछले 90 दिनों में उस पर live-stream restriction न लगी हो। नियमों और तैयारी के लिए YouTube live streaming tips देखें।
- वीडियो feed तैयार करें: अपनी तमिल कहानी की रिकॉर्डिंग या तैयार किया हुआ वीडियो feed चुनें। यह तरीका prerecorded कहानी को लाइव के रूप में भेजने के लिए है, कैमरे से live जाने के लिए नहीं।
- Encoder चुनें: YouTube Live Control Room में encoder stream तैयार करें। Software encoder के लिए कंप्यूटर और स्थानीय internet connection को चालू रहना होगा। Dedicated hardware encoder एक विकल्प है, लेकिन prerecorded कहानी loop के लिए YouTube इसे अनिवार्य नहीं कहता; कोई खास model भी निर्दिष्ट नहीं करता।
- प्रसारण पहले तैयार करें: Live Control Room में stream setup करें और प्रसारण शुरू करने से पहले encoder को तैयार रखें। YouTube preview देखकर audio और video जाँचने तथा stream के दौरान गुणवत्ता monitor करने की सलाह देता है। Encoder की bitrate, resolution और keyframe के मान आपके चुने हुए encoder और feed के अनुसार जाँचें; यहाँ उपलब्ध YouTube guidance किसी एक सेटिंग या भारत-विशिष्ट internet speed को तय नहीं करती।
- Feed चालू रखें: Local setup में कंप्यूटर, encoder और connection चलते रहने चाहिए। बिजली या connection रुकने पर feed भी रुक सकती है; उसे वापस शुरू करने और preview जाँचने की योजना रखें।
Made for Kids का निर्णय सामग्री देखकर करें
तमिल भाषा अपने-आप audience designation तय नहीं करती। यह देखें कि कहानियाँ वास्तव में किसके लिए बनाई गई हैं। YouTube बच्चों की कहानियों, बच्चों को संबोधित भाषा, child actors या characters और बच्चों की गतिविधियों को audience तय करने वाले संकेतों में गिनता है। सही classification की जिम्मेदारी creator की है, चाहे वह कहीं भी रहता हो। YouTube कहता है: “Regardless of your location, we require you to tell us whether or not your videos are made for kids.” पूरी guidance Determining if your content is ‘made for kids’ में है।

कहानी के हर version और media के अधिकार जाँचें
किसी लोककथा का पुराना या public-domain होना अपने-आप यह साबित नहीं करता कि उसकी आधुनिक translation, narration, संगीत, चित्र या recording भी उपयोग के लिए खुली है। जिस सटीक सामग्री को stream करना है, उसके प्रत्येक हिस्से के अधिकार और अनुमति अलग से जाँचें। YouTube की Copyright on YouTube guidance कहती है कि public-domain स्थिति सत्यापित करना creator की जिम्मेदारी है और नियम क्षेत्र के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं।
- कहानी के मूल text और इस्तेमाल किए जा रहे Tamil version/translation की अनुमति या public-domain आधार दर्ज रखें।
- Narration और recording किसकी है, यह जाँचें; दूसरों की आवाज़ या recording के लिए उपयुक्त अनुमति लें।
- संगीत, illustrations, animation और किसी भी third-party footage के अधिकार अलग-अलग जाँचें।
- लाइसेंस, अनुमति और स्रोत का लिखित रिकॉर्ड सुरक्षित रखें।
YouTube कहता है कि “All live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content, including copyrighted content in the form of another live broadcast.” इसलिए अनुमति होने पर भी interruption का जोखिम रह सकता है: अगर Content ID में पहचानी गई सामग्री के अधिकारधारक ने channel को allowlist नहीं किया है, तो उनसे live streaming के लिए allowlisting की पुष्टि करें। विवरण Copyright issues with live streams में है। अनुमति का रिकॉर्ड रखें, लेकिन उसे Content ID allowlisting का विकल्प न मानें।

आम समस्याएँ और उन्हें सुलझाने के तरीके
- Live शुरू नहीं हो रहा: चैनल verification, उम्र की पात्रता और पिछले 90 दिनों की live restriction स्थिति जाँचें; फिर Live Control Room में encoder setup की पुष्टि करें।
- Preview में audio या video ठीक नहीं: encoder का output और चुनी हुई recording जाँचें। प्रसारण से पहले preview देखें और live रहते audio-video monitor करें।
- Stream बीच में रुक गया: Local setup में कंप्यूटर और connection चालू हैं या नहीं जाँचें, फिर encoder और Live Control Room का preview देखें। YouTube की guidance किसी एक 24 घंटे के session के लिए uninterrupted uptime का वादा नहीं करती।
- लाइव प्रसारण के बाद replay नहीं मिला: अगर session 12 घंटे से अधिक चला, तो YouTube उसे capture न कर पाया हो सकता है। छोटा session रखें और local recording से replay की अलग व्यवस्था करें।
- Copyright notice या interruption आया: कहानी के साथ translation, narration, soundtrack और visuals के अधिकार दोबारा जाँचें। पहचानी गई licensed सामग्री के लिए अधिकारधारक से channel allowlisting की पुष्टि करें।
