In the Republic of Ireland, you can watch Portugal vs Norway free on Virgin Media Play, or on Virgin Media 3. The match is scheduled for Sunday, October 4, 2026, with kickoff at 7:45pm BST. Virgin Media’s schedule lists the TV broadcast from 7:35pm to 9:45pm; that earlier start is the broadcast window, not kickoff. Virgin Media Play is available on desktop and laptop computers, Android and iOS devices, Virgin Media or Sky platforms, and NOW TV. The broadcaster says live channels are available on desktop and mobile apps, although programme-specific rights can affect availability. Its Play FAQ also says ads run before programmes and during natural breaks.

Can you watch Virgin Media Play outside Ireland?
Usually, you should not expect the Irish stream to work abroad: Virgin Media says most programmes are available only within the Republic of Ireland, and some content is excluded because of rights restrictions. A VPN is not a guaranteed workaround, and Virgin Media’s availability terms still apply.
