To watch cricket highlights or a full-match replay legally, look up the exact match on the competition’s official website or the ICC.tv guide, then follow the broadcaster or video service listed for your country. Rights vary by event and territory: a service that carries one tournament—or offers highlights—may not have the full replay you want.

Start with the match and your country

Streaming rights are licensed for particular competitions and territories, so begin with two details: the match or tournament you want, and the country where you will watch. Search the competition’s official website for its video, broadcast, or where-to-watch information. For ICC events, check the ICC website and the current ICC.tv guide for a listing that applies to your region.

The ICC says the guide identifies tournaments, series, and matches available to stream “within your region.” Its 18 January 2024 guide also described an on-demand library of match highlights, films, and documentaries. That library does not guarantee that a particular complete match replay is available.

Check whether it is a highlight or a full replay

Look at the video description and the service’s catalogue before you press play or pay. “Highlights” usually means selected moments or a shorter recap; it does not establish that the entire match is available. A full replay should be identified as a complete match, full match, or equivalent on the authorized service.

  • For highlights, check the competition, cricket board, or rights-holder’s official video channel and social accounts, as well as the broadcaster listed for your country.
  • For a complete replay, search the authorized broadcaster’s on-demand catalogue for the exact fixture. Confirm that the listing is a full match rather than a highlights package.
  • If a page mentions only live coverage or highlights, do not assume it also carries a replay.

Use ICC.tv when your event and region are listed

ICC.tv is an official option for the streams and on-demand videos shown in its guide, but access depends on the event and your location. As a dated, event-specific example, the ICC guide said warm-up matches for the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup would stream on ICC.tv and the official ICC YouTube channel globally. It listed Facebook access with exclusions for Canada, India, the UK, the USA, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Those details apply to that listing, not automatically to other matches or replays.

The ICC.tv app listing says subscribers in selected regions can buy pay-per-view passes for tournaments, tours, series, entire matches, or a single day. Check that a pass is actually offered for your match and country; the listing does not establish universal availability or a standard price.

If ICC.tv does not list the match, find its current broadcaster

Use the competition’s current broadcaster or digital-rights page to identify the authorized provider for your territory, then search that provider’s app or website for the replay. Historical ICC rights pages illustrate why checking the date and location matters: an ICC page dated 22 February 2022 named BBC Sport highlights in the UK and ESPNcricinfo highlights in the USA and Canada, while an ICC page dated 6 June 2023 listed different event partners, including Sky Sports in the UK and Ireland, Willow in the USA and Canada, and SuperSport in Sub-Saharan Africa. These are historical examples, not a current directory of rights.

For Australia, an ICC Annual Report 2023–24 search-result excerpt identifies Prime Video as the home of ICC cricket through the end of 2027 in the 2024–31 broadcast cycle, reporting 448 live games at no extra cost to Prime members. That figure concerns live games, not a guarantee that a particular match replay is in the catalogue. Verify the event and replay listing on the service.

Verify the service terms before subscribing or paying

Before purchasing a subscription or pass, check the provider’s current listing for the details that affect whether you can watch the match you want:

  • Is the exact match available in your country?
  • Is the video a full replay, highlights, or live coverage?
  • Is access included with a subscription, free, or sold as a separate pass?
  • How long will the replay remain available?
  • What account, payment method, and supported device are required?

Replay retention, pricing, account requirements, and device support can differ by provider and listing. The cited ICC materials do not establish one rule for all services, and they do not set a universal VPN or cross-border viewing policy. Check the service’s terms for your location rather than assuming a subscription works abroad.

Avoid unauthorized streams and copied uploads

Stick to the competition, cricket board, broadcaster, or platform named by the rights-holder. Unlicensed streams and copied uploads may be taken down, may not provide the complete match, and are not a substitute for an authorized listing. If you cannot find the replay, check the competition’s official channels and current broadcaster information again; availability may be limited to particular regions or windows.
