Brothers, the 2026 Apple TV comedy starring Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, is reported to stream on Apple TV, with its first two episodes released on September 23, 2026. Whether you can watch it depends on your country and your Apple account, so the practical answer is: subscribe through Apple TV where the show is listed for your market, and confirm availability before you pay.
Make sure you have the right Brothers
The title is shared by several works, so check the name before you search. The series discussed here is a comedy in which McConaughey and Harrelson play fictionalized versions of themselves, cast as brothers whose families come together on a Texas ranch. The characters’ relationship is invented for the show. It is not the 2009 drama starring Tobey Maguire, and it is not the 2009 film The Brothers Bloom, which is also listed on STARZ and can appear in similar searches.
Where the series streams
TechRadar and Tom’s Guide both report that Brothers streams on Apple TV. The official Apple TV page for the show could not be checked for this article, so treat Apple TV as the reported home rather than a confirmed listing in your country. Open the Apple TV app or the Apple TV website and search for “Brothers” to see whether the show appears in your storefront.

Release schedule as reported
Coverage from TechRadar and Tom’s Guide describes a two-episode premiere on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, followed by weekly Wednesday releases through November 4. Episode titles differ slightly between reports, so use the names shown in the Apple TV listing as the authoritative version.
| Episode | Title as reported | Reported release date |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Titles not given in the coverage | Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (two-episode launch) |
| 3 | Not stated in the coverage | Not stated; the weekly pattern implies September 30, 2026 |
| 4 | “The Band” | Wednesday, October 7, 2026 |
| 5 | “Valentine’s Day” | Wednesday, October 14, 2026 |
| 6 | “The Dance” | Wednesday, October 21, 2026 |
| 7 | “The Interview” | Wednesday, October 28, 2026 |
| 8 | “On the Road Again” (one report shows a repeated word in the title) | Wednesday, November 4, 2026 |
These dates are the reported schedule, not a live feed. Release times can differ by region, and a scheduled date does not guarantee that an episode is already playable on your account. If you are reading after October 7, check the Apple TV listing for episode 4 before assuming it is available.

Cost and free trial
The guides report a seven-day free trial for eligible new users and the following monthly prices in selected markets. These figures come from secondary coverage, not from Apple’s price pages, so confirm them at checkout before you rely on them.
| Market | Reported monthly price | Trial |
|---|---|---|
| United States | US$14.99 | Seven days, eligible new users (reported) |
| United Kingdom | £9.99 | Seven days, eligible new users (reported) |
| Canada | CA$14.99 | Seven days, eligible new users (reported) |
| Australia | AU$15.99 | Seven days, eligible new users (reported) |
The trial is not guaranteed for every account. Apple may already have applied a trial to your Apple Account, and taxes or local rules can change the final amount. The series is not free to watch, and it should not be described that way.

Watching while traveling or living abroad
If you are outside the country where your subscription is set up, the question is whether your current Apple TV subscription and the show’s listing still work in your location. Use this order:
- Open the Apple TV app and search for “Brothers.” If it appears and plays, you are done.
- If it does not appear, check the Apple TV listing for the country your account is registered in, and compare it with where you are now.
- Look at the subscription terms on your Apple Account for any region restriction before you change anything.
- If you are in a market where the show is not offered, you will not be able to watch it legally through Apple TV. Plan around that, or wait for a local listing.
Some readers use a VPN to change their apparent location. That approach is not guaranteed to work. Results depend on the provider, the country, the account, and Apple’s current terms, and this article did not verify how any VPN performs with Apple TV. Do not rely on a VPN as the reason you can watch, and check the terms of your subscription and the rules where you live first.
