Sign in to McLuck and complete the verification task shown in your account. McLuck’s U.S. Help Center describes identity verification with an unexpired government-issued photo ID, followed by proof of address issued within the past 90 days. Submit documents through the Veriff gateway presented in the account flow, then monitor your account for the review result or any request for additional evidence.
Steps to verify your McLuck account
- Sign in and open the verification task. Use the task in your McLuck profile or account flow, and follow its specific instructions. The requested evidence can vary by account.
- Prepare the requested identity document. McLuck lists an unexpired government-issued passport, driver’s license, or state or national ID. A passport’s photo page must be visible; for a driver’s license or state or national ID, provide images of both sides. Make sure the legal name, date of birth, document number, and expiration date are legible.
- Prepare proof of address. Choose a document issued within the 90 days before submission that shows your name and current residential address exactly as they appear in your McLuck profile. Accepted examples include utility bills, phone or internet statements, official bank statements, and credit-card statements.
- Capture the documents clearly. McLuck says not to submit digital screenshots. Use a clear photograph or an official document file, as the account flow permits. Include all four corners, use good lighting, and avoid glare or anything that obscures text. Fields should use the standard Latin alphabet; if a regional document uses a non-Latin script, McLuck’s document guidance calls for an official certified English translation alongside the original.
- Submit through the account’s secure verification flow. Follow the prompts to send the documents through Veriff and complete any other checks requested. Do not alter documents. McLuck’s Terms of Service reserve the right to request further evidence, including payment ownership or source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documents.
- Check your account and registered email. McLuck says its compliance team reviews submitted files within 48 hours. That is the stated file-review period, not a guarantee that any follow-up checks or redemption will also finish within that time.

These requirements come from McLuck’s U.S. Help Center pages updated August 6 and 10, 2026. The task in your account controls if it asks for a different document or further evidence.
What to do if verification fails or is delayed
If a document is rejected
Read the rejection reason and correct the specific issue, such as an expired ID, an unclear image, missing sides or pages, or details that do not match your profile. Submit an unaltered document through the account task. McLuck’s FAQ recommends checking the rejection reason and correcting image clarity, validity, or mismatched information.
If your profile details are outdated
If your name or address has genuinely changed, contact McLuck Support and provide supporting evidence for the correction. Do not try to make a document appear to match outdated account details.

If the task will not open or you do not know what remains
Contact McLuck Support through its official site and ask which verification requirement is incomplete. Continue to use the secure route shown in your account rather than sending documents through an unrelated channel.
If you missed a document request
Respond by the deadline in the individual request. McLuck says an account may be restricted if requested verification documents are not supplied within 30 days of the request.

Why verification matters for redemptions
McLuck says verification must clear before a redemption can be requested or processed. Uploading documents is not the same as final approval: wait for the account status or a further instruction from McLuck. Its Terms of Service, section 8.3, state: “We may restrict your opening or use of a Customer Account pending any verification checks having been completed to our satisfaction.”
