First identify what you are paying for: a YouTube membership such as YouTube Premium, or a separate service that keeps your own YouTube channel streaming around the clock. In India, Google Play documents UPI for subscription purchases, including UPI Autopay for recurring payments. If YouTube or Google Play offers Paytm as your UPI app, you can authorize the payment in Paytm—but that does not guarantee Paytm will appear for every account or that a Paytm wallet balance will be accepted.
Choose the right kind of service
“YouTube 24/7 streaming service” can mean two different purchases:

- A viewer membership: You pay YouTube or Google for benefits such as YouTube Premium. This does not keep your own channel live.
- A creator streaming service: You pay a separate provider to loop uploaded videos as a live stream on your YouTube channel. Its checkout and payment methods are separate from YouTube’s.
YouTube describes membership options with different billing arrangements, including applicable monthly renewals and prepaid access that does not automatically renew. Check the plan and billing cadence shown in your own YouTube checkout before you confirm.

Google Play’s India payment guidance lists UPI for subscription purchases and UPI Autopay mandates for recurring subscriptions, including YouTube Premium. Use the payment option actually shown in your checkout; Paytm availability can vary, and UPI support is not proof that wallet balance is accepted.

- Use your Visa Gift Card in the U.S. everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, including online.
- Open the membership purchase flow. Start from YouTube’s membership or Premium offer, or the relevant Google Play purchase flow on Android. Select the plan you want.
- Review the payment methods offered. Choose UPI if it is available, then select Paytm if the checkout presents it as a UPI app. If Paytm is not listed, do not assume it can be forced through; choose another displayed method or try again through the available YouTube or Google Play flow.
- Authorize in Paytm. Follow the checkout prompt to open Paytm or complete its UPI authorization. For a recurring plan, read the UPI Autopay mandate details—particularly the amount, frequency, and renewal terms—before approving.
- Confirm the purchase status. Return to YouTube or Google Play and make sure the membership shows as active. Keep the confirmation and note the next billing date if the plan renews.
If recurring payment verification fails
YouTube’s India recurring-billing guidance says payment details may need verification or re-entry under RBI eMandate requirements, and some banks may not support recurring payments. Follow any verification prompts in YouTube or Google Play. If your bank does not support the mandate, use another payment method offered at checkout or choose a genuinely non-renewing prepaid option if one is available for that membership.
Pay for a third-party service that runs your channel 24/7
A creator-facing streaming service is not paid through YouTube Premium. Choose the provider first, then check its live checkout for Paytm UPI or another payment method. The provider pages reviewed for this topic do not establish that StreamNeo, StreamSetu, or GoLiveIndia accepts Paytm, so confirm before paying rather than relying on a general claim about UPI.

What to check before paying
- YouTube destination and continuity: Confirm that the service streams to YouTube, loops or schedules your uploaded videos, and explains what happens if YouTube disconnects the stream.
- Quality and storage: Check supported resolution, upload limits, and whether storage is included or billed separately.
- Billing terms: Distinguish prepaid access from auto-renewing billing. Check the plan duration, renewal date, cancellation method, and refund terms.
- Final amount: Review taxes and the total shown before authorization. For example, StreamSetu says its listed plan prices exclude 18% GST and that GST is added at checkout; that statement applies to StreamSetu, not every provider.
- Payment availability: Make sure the checkout itself offers Paytm UPI if that is the method you intend to use.
For comparison, StreamSetu’s own pricing page lists prepaid channel plans at ₹39 daily, ₹199 weekly, ₹649 monthly, and ₹6,490 yearly, with storage listed separately at ₹5, ₹19, ₹49, and ₹490 respectively; it says 18% GST is added at checkout. These are provider-posted prices and may change. Its page does not establish Paytm acceptance. GoLiveIndia describes an Ultra Live plan with 24×7 loop streaming and playlist streaming, but the available price information is inconsistent and does not verify Paytm acceptance; check its current checkout for both.
