The pharmacy locker code in Silent Hill: Townfall is 6539. First use the Scalpel from the clinic to enter the pharmacy; the code is for the rusty locker in the back room, not the pharmacy door. The locker contains the Prescription Dosage Error note, an item for the clinic scales puzzle.
How to reach the pharmacy locker
- Use Zoe’s Lanyard to enter the clinic.
- Go to the Z Ellis room and take the Scalpel from the green box.
- Return to the pharmacy entrance and use the Scalpel to get inside.
- In the pharmacy, inspect the numbered posters and use the CRTV broadcast to determine their reading order.
- Go to the back room and enter 6539 on the rusty locker.
- Take the Prescription Dosage Error note from inside.
How the poster clues make 6539
The CRTV broadcast establishes the order for reading the four poster clues. In that order, they point to six fingers on the handwashing poster, five steps on “Prescription drugs and you,” a blood-pressure reading of three, and nine pills remaining on “Taking Antibiotics.” The posters are in the bathroom, the hallway to the right of the phone, near the front window, and on the noticeboard by the lockers, respectively. Read the resulting digits as 6-5-3-9.
What the locker note is for
The Prescription Dosage Error note is one of three items used for the clinic scales. The other two are the Broken Stethoscope and Zoe’s Lanyard.
If 6539 does not work
If you are still at the pharmacy entrance, the code will not open that door. Continue the clinic route to collect the Scalpel, use it to enter the pharmacy, and then apply 6539 to the locker inside. Available walkthrough coverage corroborates the code and clue method, but it does not establish that the puzzle has been verified on every difficulty. Townfall Guides notes that its guide has not been replayed on every difficulty; Silent Hill Wiki’s puzzle index also notes that Konami has not published an official code sheet.
