To capture a long webpage with Nimbus Screenshot, choose Entire page. If you need to capture a scrollable panel inside the page—such as a chat window—choose Capture scroll fragment instead. Nimbus describes both modes in its Screenshot guide.
Capture an entire long webpage
- Open the webpage you want to capture.
- Open the Nimbus Screenshot extension in your browser.
- Choose Entire page. Nimbus uses this mode to capture the webpage beyond the area currently visible on screen.
- Use the post-capture option shown in your extension workflow to save the screenshot to disk or send it to the editor. Nimbus’s guide describes the editor as a place to make changes or finish without editing.
The exact menu sequence can vary by browser or extension version; Nimbus’s instructions establish the capture mode, but not one universal click-by-click interface.
Capture a scrollable panel within a page
For an independently scrolling part of a webpage—a chat, service control panel, or Jira task window—use Capture scroll fragment, not Entire page. Nimbus says this mode can identify scrollable areas so you can select the fragment to capture, then choose a save or edit destination. See Nimbus’s explanation of Capture scroll fragment.

If you are using Firefox and do not need Nimbus’s editor workflow, Firefox documents a browser-native full-page screenshot option called Save full page. It is separate from Nimbus Screenshot; Firefox also distinguishes saving the full page from capturing only the visible portion or a selected region. Follow Mozilla’s Firefox screenshot instructions for that browser feature. Nimbus’s Edge guide also lists Entire page as a capture mode: Nimbus Screenshot for Edge.
