You can try the KaiOS screenshot shortcut, *#, on a JioPhone, but the available documentation does not establish a way to capture and stitch an entire webpage into one full-page image. The shortcut is documented for an ordinary screenshot when capture is allowed. For a long page, take separate screenshots as you scroll, or use another device or browser with a documented full-page capture feature.
Try the JioPhone screenshot shortcut
- Open the webpage in the JioPhone browser.
- Press *#. KaiOS documentation says that when screenshots are allowed, the phone displays a “screenshot save to …” message after capture. KaiOS security documentation
- Look for the saved image in the phone’s available image or gallery interface. The documentation does not establish one save location that applies to every JioPhone model and software build.
This shortcut is not documented as scrolling through a webpage or combining multiple screens. Consider it a way to capture the screen currently shown, not a confirmed full-page capture method.
Capture a long page in separate sections
- Use *# to capture the visible portion of the page.
- Scroll down to the next section and take another screenshot.
- Repeat until you have captured the parts you need.
These remain separate image files; the sources do not document automatic stitching on the JioPhone browser. If you need one continuous image or a PDF, use a computer or another phone/browser that explicitly supports full-page webpage capture. The reviewed sources do not substantiate a JioPhone browser export-to-PDF feature.

KaiOS documentation says an app can use the secure-display permission to disable screenshots. If *# does not capture the page, that alone does not show that the phone’s keys are faulty. Try another page or app; if capture works elsewhere, the page or app may restrict it.

The relevant KaiOS security documentation covers Smart Feature Phone 2.6, which is no longer actively maintained. Jio’s device page identifies the JioPhone as running KaiOS 2.5.1, so behavior may vary by JioPhone model and build.
