To run a pre-recorded playlist continuously on YouTube with OneStream Live, connect an eligible YouTube channel, create a 24-hour Stream, add your videos, fill in the stream details, choose when it should start, set a duration, and schedule it. OneStream says this feature is YouTube-only, requires an Enterprise plan, and is limited to 30 days per scheduled stream. Its documented workflow does not establish India-specific pricing or availability, so confirm those details with OneStream before choosing a plan.
Before you schedule: check channel access and plan
Make sure YouTube Live is available on your channel
Connect your YouTube account to OneStream Live under Social Platforms. YouTube requires a verified channel with no live-streaming restrictions in the preceding 90 days, and its current guidance sets a minimum age of 16 to livestream. Check YouTube’s live-streaming access requirements if you are unsure whether the channel is eligible.
Confirm the OneStream plan
OneStream Live’s Help Center says 24/7 streaming is exclusive to YouTube and requires an Enterprise plan. The sources documenting this workflow do not establish Enterprise pricing or feature availability specifically for India. Check OneStream’s current plan details and confirm local availability directly before paying.

Schedule a 24-hour stream in OneStream Live
- Connect the destination channel. In OneStream’s web app, connect or select the YouTube channel under Social Platforms.
- Open the 24-hour workflow. Click Create, then choose 24-hour Stream.
- Add your playlist videos. Select files from your device, OneStream storage, or a connected cloud-storage source such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Select the content and continue. The help page does not specify a minimum playlist length or required local storage capacity.
- Select YouTube and enter stream details. Toggle on the connected YouTube channel and fill in the requested details for the stream.
- Set its start and duration. Choose an immediate start or a later time, then enter the duration in days.
- Schedule it. Review the destination and settings, then click Schedule Broadcast.
OneStream’s Help Center, updated September 3, 2026, sets the maximum duration for one 24/7 stream at 30 days. A schedule reaching that limit needs to be set up again for continued streaming; it is not an indefinite single schedule.

Use the mobile app if you are setting it up on a phone
OneStream’s documented mobile workflow follows the same general path: open Create, choose 24-Hour Stream, add videos, select the YouTube destination, enter details, set the start and duration, and schedule the broadcast. The app can use videos from the phone, OneStream storage, or connected cloud storage. OneStream also lists the camera as a content source in its mobile instructions, but this guide’s playlist workflow is for pre-recorded video. The same 30-day maximum applies.
Choose a video source that fits your files

OneStream describes playlist processing as cloud-based and says special equipment is not needed for playlist streaming. A dedicated computer, capture card, or video encoder is not a stated requirement for this pre-recorded workflow.

Check rights, YouTube rules, and monetization separately
- Confirm rights to every video and audio track. You need the rights or permissions required to broadcast the full playlist. OneStream’s playlist guidance recommends royalty-free or licensed music for music playlists. Continuous playback does not make unlicensed material safe to stream.
- Follow YouTube’s rules. Live content must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Review the current Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
- Do not assume a 24/7 schedule guarantees earnings. Monetization depends on YouTube Partner Program eligibility and current monetization policies, as well as the suitability of your content. Check your status and applicable policies in YouTube Studio before relying on ad revenue, memberships, or fan funding.
Troubleshoot common setup problems
- YouTube does not appear as a usable destination: Confirm that the intended account is connected under Social Platforms, then check that the channel meets YouTube’s live-streaming access requirements and has no active streaming restriction.
- The 24-hour Stream option or scheduling is unavailable: Verify that the account has the Enterprise plan required by OneStream for this feature. Contact OneStream if the plan appears correct but the option is still missing.
- A video is missing from the picker: Check that it is in the device, OneStream library, or connected cloud account you selected, and that the relevant cloud account is connected and accessible.
- The requested schedule is longer than 30 days: Reduce the duration to 30 days or fewer. Arrange another schedule when the current stream reaches its limit.
- A stream cannot proceed because of its content: Review the rights for every video and audio track, then check the channel’s standing and YouTube’s applicable policies. Changing the schedule does not resolve a rights or policy issue.
