Marshalls documents general email and new-arrival updates for account holders, but its official guidance does not describe a way to subscribe to a restock alert for one specific item. You can sign up for Marshalls emails in your account’s Email Preferences; for a particular item at a local store, Marshalls suggests checking its website or contacting the store.
Sign up for Marshalls email and new-arrival updates
- Go to Marshalls.com, open My Account, and create an account or sign in. The account guide says account creation starts by selecting My Account and entering an email address and password. The current login page also offers signup: Log In – Marshalls.
- In your account, open Email Preferences and sign up for Marshalls.com emails.
- To change the email address associated with those messages, update it under My Profile. Use Email Preferences if you want to unsubscribe.
Marshalls describes these emails as covering new fashion arrivals, trends, and offers. Its account guide refers to New Arrivals Alerts, but this is general email guidance—not a documented subscription for a selected product. See Marshalls’ My Account and Email Preferences help pages.
What to do about a specific item’s availability
If you are looking for a particular item in a store, Marshalls says it cannot provide store inventory information because each store has a unique selection. Its suggestions are to keep checking the website or contact the local store directly. Neither option is described as a live inventory tracker or a guaranteed notification.
