To keep a dated record of a JioMart listing, open the product page, wait until its name and price are visible, then take a screenshot on your phone. For future alerts, try Google’s price-tracking features if the product is eligible; a screenshot records one moment, while a tracker may notify you of later changes. Neither reserves the listed price or guarantees the checkout price.
Take a screenshot of a JioMart product page on Android
- Open the product listing in JioMart and wait for the product name, displayed price, and any offer details you want to preserve to appear.
- Press the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time. If that shortcut does not work on your device, hold Power briefly and tap Screenshot. Button behavior can vary by device; consult your manufacturer’s instructions if neither option appears. Google’s Android screenshot instructions describe these methods.
- For a longer capture, take a standard screenshot and tap Capture more. Adjust the crop guides to include the rest of the page. Android 12 and later support this on most scrollable screens, but it is not available for every screen.
- Find the image in Photos under Collections → On this device → Screenshots. Older phones may save it in Gallery instead.
Keep the original image unchanged if you may need to refer back to exactly what appeared. Add the product name and capture date to the filename, or put the date in a separate note; avoid annotations that cover the price or offer details.
Compare the price later
Reopen the same listing and compare its current displayed price and offer details with your dated screenshot. Check that it is the same product, size or variant, and listing: similar-looking items can have different prices. A screenshot shows what was visible at capture time; it is not a live monitor.
JioMart’s Terms and Conditions say prices can change. Its Terms of Sale state: “Placing a Product in your shopping cart does not reserve the price shown at that time.” The terms also note that some products, including fresh food and vegetables, can change price daily. The screenshot documents the displayed page, not a locked-in price or a guarantee of what you will be charged.

Set up price tracking where Google supports it
Google app or browser search on Android in India
- Search for the product in the Google app or a browser and open Shopping.
- Select the product and look for Track price on its product page.
- Turn tracking on if the control is available. Google says it can send mobile notifications for significant price drops.
Google documents this feature for Android in India, but not every JioMart listing will necessarily appear or be eligible. Check for the control on the particular product rather than assuming it is supported. See Google’s Android price-tracking help.
Chrome Shopping Insights
In supported contexts, Chrome Shopping Insights may show price history or a price range and offer a Save and track price control. Availability depends on the product and context; it is not a promise of tracking for every JioMart listing. Details are in Chrome Help.

Manual screenshots and tracking are different tools
| Method | Setup and record | JioMart listing coverage | Notifications |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manual screenshot | Easy to take, but you must revisit listings and save each dated capture yourself. | Captures the page you can open; it does not automatically follow the listing. | No; the image is a record, not an alert. |
| Google or Chrome tracking | Less manual checking when the product is eligible and the feature is available. | Product- and feature-dependent; verify the listing appears and offers tracking. | Google documents mobile notifications for significant drops; availability depends on the feature and product. |
Do not automate JioMart page collection
JioMart’s Terms of Use restrict the platform to personal use and prohibit using engines, software, tools, agents, or similar mechanisms to navigate or search it. Do not use scraping scripts, bots, or screenshot services to collect JioMart pages automatically. The terms also say JioMart does not promise product or pricing information is accurate, complete, or updated. Use manual captures and tracking controls made available through Google or Chrome instead.

For sites where automated screenshots are appropriate, ScreenshotNeo can return an image or PDF from one GET request. Its clean-shot steps accept consent banners and remove known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; those steps can be turned off. Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and responses indicate the page verdict and billing status. It also has an MCP server for AI agents such as Claude and Cursor. These features do not override JioMart’s restrictions: do not use an API to automate JioMart page collection.

Does a JioMart screenshot prove the price I will pay?
No. It records the displayed page at capture time. JioMart says prices can change, and adding an item to the cart does not reserve its price.
