Use Chrome DevTools to capture an Indian travel website at a chosen mobile viewport, or take the screenshot on a Galaxy A15 itself when you need to verify the real browser experience. Samsung lists the Galaxy A15 5G’s physical display as 1080 × 2340 pixels, but that is not a guaranteed browser CSS viewport. For repeatable results, record the CSS width and height, device pixel ratio (DPR), orientation, and whether the capture is viewport-only or full-page.
Use Chrome DevTools for a repeatable mobile-size screenshot
- Open the travel website in Chrome. Load the page or booking flow you want to inspect.
- Open DevTools and turn on the device toolbar. Select Responsive mode, or open the device list’s Edit/Settings to add a custom device.
- Set the viewport dimensions. Chrome’s custom device settings let you specify a name, width, and height. Set these to the CSS viewport you want to test; do not copy the A15 panel resolution as though it were automatically the browser viewport. DPR, user-agent string, and device type are optional custom-device fields. Set them only when they are part of the test.
- Inspect the page in portrait. If landscape behavior matters, rotate the emulated viewport too. Check the parts of the travel task relevant to your page, such as destination search, dates, passenger controls, price or availability cards, menus, and booking actions.
- Capture the image. In DevTools, select More options > Capture screenshot for the visible viewport, or More options > Capture a full size screenshot to include the page below the fold.
Chrome describes DPR as the ratio between physical hardware-screen pixels and logical CSS pixels. It affects how Chrome draws on high-DPI displays, so physical panel resolution alone does not determine the CSS dimensions to use. Chrome also notes that emulation cannot reproduce every aspect of mobile hardware and behavior. For a reproducible handoff, report the CSS width and height, DPR, orientation, and capture type used. What “Samsung Galaxy A15 size” means
Samsung Developer lists the Galaxy A15 5G with a 6.5-inch display and 1080 × 2340 physical pixels, about 396 ppi. Samsung Pakistan independently lists the SM-A155F Galaxy A15’s 6.5-inch main display at 1080 × 2340 FHD+. These are panel specifications, not a universal browser viewport measurement. Browser UI, DPR, zoom, settings, and the particular device configuration affect the usable CSS viewport. The official specifications cited here do not establish one CSS width and height that applies to every A15 browser. If a deliverable must match a particular handset exactly, measure its browser viewport on that device and state the browser, orientation, zoom, and settings. Avoid labeling a screenshot “A15 exact” based only on the panel’s pixel dimensions.

When to use DevTools and when to use the phone

DevTools is an efficient way to check a responsive layout, but it does not reproduce every hardware or browser detail. If the question is how the site behaves in Samsung Internet or under actual touch interaction, verify it on the phone. Samsung Developer recommends Chrome development tools or user-agent switching for checking Samsung Browser content, but its illustrated user-agent and resolution example is for a legacy Tizen phone, not a current Galaxy A15 setting. Take a screenshot on the Galaxy A15 itself
- Try the hardware shortcut first: briefly press the Side button and Volume Down together.
- For a long page, use Scroll capture: after taking a screenshot, tap Scroll capture to extend it over lengthy content, if the option is available for that screen.
- Optionally enable palm swipe: look under Settings > Advanced features for Palm swipe to capture, then use the gesture if supported.
- Find the saved image: check Gallery > Albums > Screenshots or My Files > Images.
Samsung notes that menu wording and feature availability can vary by model and software version. Its support guidance describes the button combination and Scroll capture; consult Samsung Support’s screenshot instructions if the options differ on your handset.
