To save the price AJIO displays after a bank offer, check the offer’s current terms, proceed through checkout until the eligible discount and payable amount appear, then take a screenshot that shows the product and adjusted amount. If the terms are on another screen, capture them separately. A screenshot preserves what was displayed at that moment; it does not lock the price or prove a completed purchase.
Get the offer-adjusted price on screen
- Open the AJIO product and confirm the selected size or variant and its current price.
- Read the current offer terms. Check whether the product, payment method and order value qualify, along with any discount cap, exclusions, validity dates and rules about combining offers.
- Add the item and continue through the checkout flow until AJIO displays the applicable bank offer and payable amount. AJIO’s official materials do not establish the current screen labels or exact control sequence, so follow the interface shown in your account rather than relying on a presumed button name.
- Before capturing, make sure the screen identifies the item and shows the offer-adjusted amount. If the offer conditions or validity dates are elsewhere, capture that screen separately.
If you want to retain the displayed pre-purchase amount, take the screenshot before placing the order.
Take the screenshot on your phone
Android
On most Android phones, press Power and Volume Down at the same time. Google says scrolling capture is available on Android 12 and later for most screens that allow scrolling, but it may not work on every app screen. Look for the saved image in Photos or your device’s Gallery.

iPhone
On an iPhone with Face ID, quickly press and release the Side and Volume Up buttons together. On Touch ID models, use Home with the Side or Top button, depending on the model. Apple supports full-page capture for eligible webpage content in Safari; that does not guarantee full-page capture in the AJIO app. You can edit, share or save screenshots.

Keep a clear record
- Keep the original capture unaltered if you may need it to clarify a discrepancy. Make a separate cropped or marked-up copy when you want to highlight details for sharing.
- Include enough context to distinguish the product and the amount shown. If one screen cannot show both the total and the offer rules, preserve the rules in another screenshot.
What the screenshot can—and cannot—show
AJIO’s terms say cart prices reflect the most recent price shown on the product page, adding an item to the cart does not reserve its price, and the order-time price applies. AJIO also says bank offers are limited-period offers governed by their specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn. A cancellation that takes the order below a minimum order value can result in the discount being clawed back. See AJIO’s Terms & Conditions and the bank-offers page for the applicable terms.
AJIO’s pricing section states: “The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery.” A screenshot is evidence of a display at a particular time, not a reservation, proof that your payment instrument was eligible, proof that an order was completed, or a guarantee that a discount will remain after a cancellation or return. For a completed purchase, keep the order confirmation and payment record as well.
