Set the intended shipping destination on AliExpress, choose the exact product variant, and wait for the delivery details to refresh before taking the screenshot. Make the image show the listing, destination, selected option, and shipping information together if possible. If you need to document current orderability, also check the cart with the same option and shipping method. A screenshot records what appeared at that moment; it does not guarantee future stock or delivery.
Set the destination and product option before capturing
- Open the AliExpress product page and set the destination to the country or region that should receive the parcel. Look for the page’s destination or “Ships to” control. Labels and placement can differ by device, locale, and account state; an authoritative current click-by-click path for all interfaces is not established. Changing currency alone does not set the shipping destination.
- Select the precise option you intend to document, such as color, size, bundle, plug, or storage capacity.
- Wait for the price and delivery information to refresh after changing the destination or option. Variant selection can affect stock, warehouse, and shipping details.
- Take a screenshot that identifies the product and includes the destination, selected option, and delivery or shipping panel. Include the method and estimated date or range if shown. If these details cannot fit legibly in one image, take multiple screenshots rather than cropping away the selection context.
Check the cart when documenting whether an order can be placed
A product page can show shipping information without establishing that checkout will accept the order. Add the item to the cart and confirm the same variant and a delivery method remain available when current orderability matters. Destination support, order quantity, and shipping-method compatibility can affect fulfillment.
Keep screenshots intended for public sharing free of sensitive personal information such as a full street address, phone number, or payment details.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesWhat the screenshot proves—and what it does not
The image can show which destination and option were selected and what shipping information was visible when captured. It cannot establish that stock, shipping costs, or delivery estimates will remain unchanged, that the parcel will arrive by the displayed date, or that a later checkout will accept the order.

AliExpress platform terms in its UK seller agreement say, “Users can change the ship-to address at any time to adjust this setting.” That agreement also describes factors that may be used to assign a ship-to location when no specific profile address is set. It is seller-agreement context, not consumer instructions for a universally fixed interface. AliExpress EU/EEA seller terms separately discuss ship-to country in recommendations and delivery capability in search ranking; neither source supplies a consumer screenshot procedure.

For an API-based capture, ScreenshotNeo takes a screenshot from one GET request. Its cookie and consent handling accepts banners and removes more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; each step can be turned off. Bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and response headers report the page verdict and billing status. ScreenshotNeo also provides an MCP server with screenshot and page-information tools for AI agents. The free plan includes 1,000 screenshots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 screenshots. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation.

Common problems
- The destination or delivery panel is missing: Reopen the destination control, select the intended country or region, and wait for the page to refresh. The interface location and label can vary.
- The details do not match the selected option: Re-select the exact variant and allow price and delivery information to update before capture.
- The screenshot crops out important context: Adjust the viewport or capture another image showing the product identity and the destination, variant, and shipping panel together. Do not imply that disconnected images show the same selection unless they do.
- The cart does not offer the expected method: Check that the same destination and option are selected. Destination support, quantity, and shipping-method compatibility can affect fulfillment; the product-page screenshot alone cannot resolve those constraints.
