Schedule each video in the YouTube channel where it belongs, then add it to the intended playlist and set its order separately. YouTube’s documented scheduling flow publishes an individual private video at a chosen date and time; its playlist tools manage collections of videos, not a playlist-wide release schedule.
What you can schedule on YouTube
YouTube Help describes scheduled publishing as a way to make a private video public at a specific time. In YouTube Studio, you choose a date, time and time zone for each video. Playlist creation and management are separate tasks. The official guides do not document scheduling an entire playlist as a unit or scheduling releases across several channels in one action.
Hindi, Bengali and Marathi are the languages of your content and channel plan; the cited guidance does not describe different scheduling controls for those languages. Plan the workflow around the channel, video, release time and destination playlist.

Plan the releases for each channel
Before uploading, make a simple release plan so each video goes to the right channel and playlist. For every planned release, record:

- Channel: the Hindi, Bengali or Marathi channel that should publish the video.
- Video: the correct language version and its title or filename.
- Publication date and time: include the time zone you intend to use in Studio.
- Playlist: the collection where viewers should find the video, and its intended position in that collection.
These are organizational checks, not a YouTube recommendation about the best time to publish. The cited help pages do not establish an ideal posting time or a built-in cross-channel bulk scheduler.
Schedule each video in YouTube Studio
- Open the correct channel. In YouTube Studio, confirm you are signed in to the channel that should publish this video. Repeat these steps for each language-specific channel.
- Upload the video. Select the upload option, choose the appropriate file, and complete the video details and other required upload settings.
- Choose the schedule. In the upload flow, find the Schedule card, choose the publication date and time, and set the time zone.
- Schedule publication. Select Schedule. YouTube keeps the scheduled video private until its specified publication time.
- Repeat for each release. Schedule each video individually in the channel where it belongs. Check the channel and planned release details before confirming each one.
See YouTube Help’s Schedule video publish time instructions for the current documented workflow.

Add videos to the right playlists and set their order
After scheduling a video, manage its playlist membership separately. Open the relevant video’s details in Studio and use the playlist control to select an existing playlist or create one, then save your changes. You can also manage playlists from the channel’s playlist tools. Verify that each Hindi, Bengali or Marathi video appears in the intended channel’s playlist; scheduling a video does not, by itself, schedule or populate a playlist.
To arrange the collection, open the playlist’s management view and adjust the video order using the available playlist controls. YouTube’s guide explains playlist creation and management: Create & manage playlists.

Check the displayed publication date
The date shown as “Published on” on a YouTube watch page is based on Pacific Standard Time. If you schedule from a time zone ahead of PST, the watch-page date can differ from the date shown in Studio. If the calendar day matters to your audience, check the public watch-page display after publication rather than relying only on the Studio date.

If another person is coordinating the Hindi, Bengali or Marathi channels, use YouTube channel permissions instead of sharing the Google Account password. Choose a role that permits the collaborator’s required actions, and confirm its limits before relying on them to schedule videos or manage playlists. Permissions provide delegated access; they are not a cross-channel scheduling feature. See Add or remove access to your YouTube channel with channel permissions.

Common scheduling and playlist mistakes
- Wrong channel selected: confirm the channel identity in Studio before uploading or scheduling each language version.
- Video scheduled but missing from the playlist: playlist membership is a separate task; open the video or playlist controls and check the selection.
- Video is in the wrong playlist position: edit the playlist order after adding the video.
- Watch-page date differs from Studio: account for the Pacific Standard Time basis used for the watch-page “Published on” date, especially when scheduling from a time zone ahead of PST.
- Collaborator cannot complete a task: review the person’s assigned channel-permission role and its limits instead of sharing account credentials.
