To schedule Hindi and English lessons for a 24/7 YouTube education stream, plan a repeating timetable, schedule broadcasts in YouTube Studio, and connect an encoder using the stream URL and key. For a continuous feed, make each language block easy to recognize and plan around two important limits: YouTube currently supports one live caption track per stream entry point, and streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all.
Choose a schedule that fits your learners
First decide whether the stream is mainly for learners in India, the international diaspora, or viewers across several time zones. Publish the timetable in UTC and add the relevant local time-zone labels. There is no universal best hour for Hindi or English lessons; use your channel analytics and viewer feedback to choose block times.
For a repeating stream, alternate Hindi and English lesson blocks at predictable intervals. At each transition, display a title card that identifies the language, subject, level, and next start time. This is an editorial choice to help learners orient themselves, not a YouTube requirement.

Check YouTube’s live-streaming requirements
YouTube Help says a channel must be verified and must not have had live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days to enable live streaming. YouTube lists mobile, webcam, encoder, and console methods; a continuous pre-recorded lesson schedule generally calls for an encoder or a cloud service. Schedule a lesson in YouTube Studio
- Open the scheduler: In YouTube Studio, go to Create → Go Live → Manage → Schedule Stream.
- Set up the event: Reuse prior settings or create a new stream, then set the lesson title, description, visibility, and scheduled start time. Make the language and level explicit, such as “Hindi — beginner algebra” or “English — grammar practice.”
- Share the event page: The scheduled stream creates an upcoming page that can be shared. Viewers can open it and choose to receive a reminder.
- Connect the encoder: Copy the stream URL and stream key from YouTube into the encoder’s corresponding fields. Treat the key as a credential: do not publish it or put it in a lesson title, description, or public schedule.
- Check the preview and start: Wait for the encoder signal to appear in Live Control Room, check the preview and event details, then start the broadcast there.
These scheduling and encoder steps follow YouTube’s encoder live-streaming instructions. For recurring classes, create a separate scheduled event when each lesson needs its own start time, reminder page, or archive.
Plan a continuous Hindi-English feed
You can operate a continuous feed as one persistent YouTube destination with a repeating timetable, but transitions, failures, captions, and archives need explicit planning. Google’s Live Streaming API distinguishes a live stream resource, which holds delivery settings, from a broadcast resource, which represents a scheduled event. Its documented continuous-channel pattern binds multiple scheduled broadcast resources to one live stream resource; only one broadcast event is live at a time. - Put the language, lesson topic, and level on screen at the start of every block.
- Use a consistent transition card so viewers arriving mid-stream can tell whether the lesson is in Hindi or English and when the next block begins.
- Assign an operator to watch the feed and handle encoder failures or transition problems; a repeating playlist does not remove the need for operational monitoring.
- Decide whether each block needs its own scheduled event and archive, or whether a persistent destination is more useful to learners.
Set expectations for Hindi and English captions
YouTube’s current live-caption guidance says captions must be sent to YouTube, either embedded in the stream or through a supported delivery workflow. Although the 608/708 standard supports up to four language tracks, YouTube currently supports one caption track per stream entry point. That means you should not promise viewers selectable Hindi and English live caption tracks simultaneously on a single entry point. Read YouTube’s live caption requirements.

If both languages need live captions, verify the exact caption workflow before launch. Options to evaluate include changing the caption language by segment or running language-specific events or feeds. The YouTube guidance cited here does not establish that either option gives viewers the same simultaneous, selectable experience. Tell learners which language will be captioned and when.

Protect lesson archives
YouTube says, “If your live stream is less than 12 hours, YouTube can automatically archive it for you.” It also warns that “If your stream exceeds 12 hours, it may not be captured at all.” If retaining a complete archive matters, plan archive-worthy broadcasts to finish before 12 hours and keep a local recording backup. A 24/7 feed cannot be divided into separate under-12-hour broadcasts without planned handoffs or separate events. Decide how to preserve lesson recordings before choosing a continuous schedule; do not assume YouTube will produce a complete archive of an over-12-hour stream.

Clear rights and monitor the stream
The channel is responsible for having the rights needed to stream and archive lesson content, including music, images, readings, and other third-party material. YouTube scans live streams for third-party matches. A match can cause a temporary placeholder and, if unresolved, interruption or termination of the stream. A third-party owner who has licensed content may need to allowlist the channel in Content ID. YouTube’s live-stream terms also require the provider to warrant that it has the necessary rights for live and archived content. Troubleshoot common setup problems

Evaluate third-party scheduling claims carefully
OneStream Live’s help page says its 24/7 YouTube feature requires an Enterprise plan, supports scheduling pre-recorded videos, and caps a broadcast at 30 days. Those are provider-specific terms, not YouTube guarantees; confirm current plan details, duration limits, rights handling, and recovery behavior directly with the provider before choosing it.
