You can schedule a YouTube Live event for each day in YouTube Studio, but scheduling the event does not play the BGMI tournament VOD for you. You must separately send the video feed through an encoder or another supported method—and confirm you have permission to rebroadcast that specific tournament footage. YouTube does not automatically replay a VOD daily just because you scheduled an event.
Before you schedule: check channel eligibility and VOD rights
Confirm that your channel can livestream
YouTube’s general live-stream setup guidance says a channel must be verified, must not have had live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days, and the streamer must meet YouTube’s minimum age requirement. Additional conditions may apply depending on the streaming method. Review YouTube’s live-streaming setup guidance before planning the first event.
Get permission for the exact tournament recording
A VOD being publicly viewable online does not give you permission to retransmit it. Check the identified tournament’s rulebook, broadcaster terms and any written license or approval before scheduling a public stream. The 2026 KRAFTON PUBG Global Series rulebook is an example of event-specific controls: it reserves broadcasts of competition footage, player screens and voices—including reruns and VOD programming—to the Administration, Host or approved parties. That is a PUBG Global Series rule, not proof of the rights for an unidentified BGMI tournament. If you cannot verify permission for your particular event and recording, do not rebroadcast it.
Monetization is also conditional. KRAFTON Creator Network terms effective March 11, 2025 describe affiliate marketing and platform advertising for qualifying public content, subject to KRAFTON game-IP policies, applicable law and other program conditions. Those terms do not establish that a particular BGMI VOD, creator or territory qualifies. Campaigns can have their own platform, date, public-access and linked-channel requirements. Check the relevant regional terms and the specific campaign rules; do not assume that scheduling or publishing makes a VOD eligible.

Schedule a daily BGMI VOD stream in YouTube Studio
For a manually managed daily series, create a distinct scheduled event for each date. Each event needs its own start time and metadata, and its live feed must be connected to the correct event.
- Open YouTube Studio’s Live Control Room. Sign in to the channel that will host the stream and open the Live Control Room. Choose the option to schedule a stream.
- Enter the event details. Add a clear title, description, thumbnail, category, privacy setting and scheduled date and time. Check the date, time zone and visibility before saving. YouTube may show a scheduled event as upcoming, where viewers can opt in for a notification.
- Choose how you will send the video feed. YouTube supports multiple live-streaming methods, including an encoder. For encoder streaming, use the stream settings provided by YouTube, including the stream URL and stream key. Treat the key like a password: do not publish it, and reset it if it is exposed.
- Prepare the source VOD and map it to the event. Keep a daily schedule listing each event’s date, title, thumbnail and source recording. Configure your chosen feed method to play the intended VOD and send it to the corresponding scheduled event. A scheduled event is not itself a VOD player.
- Test the connection before the first public broadcast. Start a private or otherwise appropriate test if available, and check that the preview/feed reaches the intended event. Verify the VOD, title, visibility and scheduled time rather than assuming the event and encoder have been paired correctly.
- Repeat for every date and monitor each event. Create and verify a separate event and feed mapping for each day. YouTube’s Live Streaming API describes scheduled or recurring broadcast events and distinct stream resources, but using the API requires an implemented and tested process; Studio scheduling alone does not automate a daily VOD rebroadcast.
Choose an event-scheduling workflow
| Workflow | Where you set up the event | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube Studio | Live Control Room | Confirm the encoder or other supported method sends the correct VOD feed to the scheduled event. |
| Streamlabs Desktop | Streamlabs Desktop scheduler | Streamlabs describes scheduling multiple events in its desktop app as a way to reduce tab switching. Confirm separately how the prerecorded video reaches the correct YouTube event; scheduling is not proof of automatic VOD playback. |
| YouTube Live Streaming API | Your own API implementation | The API documents scheduled or recurring event scenarios and separate stream resources. You still need to build and test event creation, feed mapping, monitoring and recovery. |
Whichever workflow you use, the scheduler handles the planned event; the streaming method handles the video feed. Neither interface grants rights to the source recording.

Or let it run in the cloud
For a YouTube-only daily VOD stream, StreamNeo is the cloud option to consider first: it loops uploaded videos continuously, at any quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot, and the first day is free. Upload the recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, then go live. Your computer and home connection do not have to stay on, and StreamNeo automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream.
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
Each slot includes one always-on stream, 10 GB of storage per slot pooled across active slots, looping and playlists, and support from the StreamNeo team. The same product is included on every billing length; only the length changes. Monthly: $9.99 per month. The first day is free with no card. StreamNeo plays uploaded videos; it does not stream from a camera. You still need the rights to rebroadcast the tournament recording, and the service does not replace YouTube event scheduling or your responsibility to confirm the correct event and feed.
