You can schedule an individual YouTube video to become public at midnight India Standard Time (IST), but YouTube’s documented tools do not schedule a playlist’s contents or order to change at that time. Schedule the video in YouTube Studio, then separately edit the playlist. If you only need to announce the change, schedule a Community post with the playlist link.
What YouTube can schedule—and what it cannot
YouTube Help describes scheduled publishing as a way to make an individual private video public at a chosen time. It documents playlist creation and editing—including changing the order—as separate playlist-management actions. The checked guidance does not describe a timed playlist switch, so do not assume that publishing a video will automatically add it to a playlist or rearrange one.
This distinction matters for a devotional playlist: if the goal is to release a new bhajan, kirtan, Gurbani, or other devotional video at midnight, schedule that video. If the goal is for a playlist to contain a different selection or order at midnight, edit the playlist separately. Schedule a video for midnight IST

In YouTube Studio, upload the video or open its upload workflow. In the visibility step, choose the scheduled-publishing option and select Schedule. YouTube describes this as scheduling a private video to go public at a specific time. See Upload YouTube videos and Schedule video publish time.

Choose the date and set the publication time to 12:00 a.m. (00:00) IST. If Studio offers a timezone selector, confirm that it is set to India Standard Time. Check the displayed date as well as the time: midnight is the start of the selected calendar date.

If you are entering a UTC time instead, use 18:30 UTC on the previous calendar date. IST is UTC+05:30, so this is a time conversion—not a special YouTube setting.

Review the scheduled timestamp and timezone shown in Studio, then confirm the schedule. Use Studio’s scheduled time to verify the intended instant rather than relying on the date shown on the public watch page.
Edit the playlist separately
To change which videos are included or their order, open the relevant playlist in YouTube and make the changes using its playlist-management controls. YouTube documents adding and managing videos and reordering playlist items, but the checked help guidance does not show how to schedule those edits to take effect later. Make the playlist change separately when you want it to occur, unless your own account offers a feature you have verified for timed playlist edits.

Scheduling a video release does not, by itself, establish that the video will be added to the playlist or that existing items will move. If the new devotional video should appear in the playlist, confirm its membership and position separately.
Why the watch-page date may look different
YouTube says a video’s watch-page publication date is based on Pacific Standard Time (PST). A video scheduled for midnight IST can therefore show a different calendar date on its watch page. That date difference alone does not mean the schedule is wrong; check the intended date, time, and timezone in Studio. See YouTube’s scheduling guidance.

Schedule an announcement instead of a playlist change
If the practical goal is to tell subscribers when the devotional playlist changes, schedule a Community post that includes the playlist URL. YouTube supports scheduled posts, but scheduling the announcement changes when the post appears—not the playlist’s contents. See Create a post.
