YouTube does not document a built-in way to start an ordinary playlist automatically at two recurring times each day. The closest documented timed-start option is setting a YouTube Music playlist as an Android Clock alarm sound—if that playlist appears in your alarm picker. Create separate morning and evening playlists, check the picker on your phone, and test each alarm before relying on it.
1. Create separate morning and evening playlists

Open YouTube or YouTube Music and create a playlist. In YouTube, follow the steps in YouTube’s Android playlist instructions; in YouTube Music, use the playlist creation and editing instructions.

Name the playlists clearly, such as “Morning Puja” and “Evening Aarti,” so you can identify the right one when setting an alarm.

Add the devotional videos or tracks you want, then arrange them in the order you prefer. Choose playlist privacy to suit how you want to use it; a private YouTube playlist is visible only to its owner.

Check your library to confirm the playlists are saved. YouTube Music playlists appear in the library in both the YouTube Music and YouTube apps.
2. Try an Android Clock alarm for timed playback
Google documents an integration that lets you choose YouTube Music content as an Android Clock alarm sound. It does not guarantee that every playlist will appear for every account, region, app version, or device, so verify the exact playlist on your phone before you depend on it.

Open the Clock app and add an alarm, or select an existing alarm to edit.

Open the alarm’s sound picker and select YouTube Music.

Search for and choose the intended playlist. Google’s instructions describe choosing content by song, artist, album, or playlist.

Save the alarm and confirm that its selected sound is the correct playlist. Repeat for the other time of day, choosing the other playlist.

Test each alarm at a convenient time. Confirm that it starts the intended content and that the phone’s sound settings allow you to hear it.

Google also documents YouTube Music as an option for Bedtime sleep sounds, but that is separate from using a playlist as an alarm sound. See YouTube Music on other apps and devices.
3. Know what YouTube will—and will not—schedule
Autoplay is not a timed playlist alarm
Autoplay chooses another related video after the current one; it does not schedule playback to begin at a chosen time or guarantee the next item in your devotional order. YouTube says autoplay stops after 30 minutes of inactivity on mobile data and after four hours on Wi-Fi. Settings can differ across devices. See YouTube’s autoplay guidance.

A queue is temporary; a playlist is saved
A YouTube queue is tied to the current viewing session. On a computer, the queue will not save after you close the browser; YouTube recommends saving items to a playlist for later. The YouTube Help documentation says queueing on Android requires YouTube Premium. For a repeatable ordered selection, use a saved playlist rather than relying on a queue. 4. Optional: play hands-free on a Google Home or Nest speaker
Google documents YouTube Music playback on Google Home and Nest speakers. A speaker can make hands-free listening convenient, but it does not itself provide the missing recurring playlist-start schedule. Link the relevant music service and account, then test a request for the named playlist.

5. Troubleshoot before relying on the routine

The playlist is missing from the alarm sound picker: The documented integration does not guarantee every playlist or account will be available. Check that the playlist is saved in YouTube Music, then search the picker again. If it still is not offered, this timed-start route is not available for that playlist on your current setup.

The alarm plays a different song or content: Reopen the alarm sound picker, inspect the selected item, and select the intended playlist again. Test the alarm rather than assuming the saved selection is correct.

Playback moves to related videos instead of following your chosen order: You may be hearing autoplay rather than playback of the saved playlist. Start the named playlist directly; autoplay is not a substitute for a fixed sequence.

A speaker plays a station instead of the exact playlist: Check the service and account linked to the speaker. Google’s guidance distinguishes non-premium station playback from on-demand playlist playback supported with Premium or YouTube Music Premium.

Your queued items disappear: A queue is session-oriented. Save the selection as a playlist so it remains available after the session ends.
