You can view available ACT scores in MyACT and, if the page has no download control, try your browser’s print dialog and choose Save as PDF if offered. That creates a personal copy; it is not an official ACT report sent to a college or scholarship agency. Check the recipient’s requirements before submitting it.
Open your ACT score report in MyACT

Go to MyACT and sign in to the account associated with your test. ACT says scores are accessed through MyACT when available. If you cannot sign in, use the account-recovery options on ACT’s score-access page.
-
On your account home page, look below the score display for View Score Details, or open the Scores tab. ACT’s 2025 guide identifies both routes to the report: MyACT—Understanding Your Score Report.

Save a personal PDF if no download option appears
The ACT pages cited here explain how to view the report but do not document a universal download button or an official print-to-PDF procedure. If you can see the report but cannot find a download control, open your browser’s print dialog and select Save as PDF or an equivalent PDF destination, if your browser or device offers one. Controls and results can vary by account interface, browser, and device; this is a general browser workaround, not an ACT-issued PDF feature.
Know whether the copy is acceptable
A file or printout you save from the MyACT page is an unofficial personal copy. It does not mean ACT has delivered a score report to a recipient. Ask the college, scholarship agency, or other organization whether it accepts an unofficial copy. If its instructions require an official report, request delivery through MyACT using ACT’s score-sending process; eligibility and any applicable fee are shown on ACT’s current page.

There is a reason a recipient may want a direct report: ACT’s Test User Handbook for Educators cautions that scores on high school transcripts may be unofficial because scores can change or be cancelled after transcript placement.

If your score is missing
ACT says more than 97% of scores are available online within 1–4 weeks after the test date. This is ACT’s published overall availability figure, not a deadline or guarantee for an individual result. Scores are posted after the test has been received and processed, has passed validation, and is not affected by an irregularity. A writing score can delay reporting until all scores from that test date are available. Check your MyACT account for your individual status.
Scores from tests taken before September 2011 are not available in MyACT; ACT directs students to contact it for those records. For recipient reports, ACT describes a route for scores from September 2011 to the present and separate rules for high schools and archived records. Check its current score-sending page for applicable eligibility and fees.
