On Android Chrome, open the UPI dispute webpage, tap More → Share → Print, choose Save as PDF in the print preview, select a folder and save. This keeps a copy of the page’s printable content; it is not established as a required UPI complaint document or a substitute for transaction records.
Save the webpage as a PDF in Android Chrome
- Open the UPI payment dispute webpage in Chrome.
- Tap More at the top right, then tap Share.
- Choose Print.
- In the print preview, select Save as PDF.
- Choose a folder on your device and save the file.
These menu labels follow Google’s instructions for Android Chrome; other browsers and operating systems may use different menus. You do not need a physical printer to save the preview as a PDF. Google Chrome Help
Check the saved file
- Open the PDF from the folder you selected and confirm it opens.
- Check that the text and the portion of the webpage you intended to keep appear in the document.
- If the page is long, confirm that the PDF includes the relevant section rather than only the first visible screen.
A PDF preserves printable webpage content. It may not capture interactive elements or content that was not included in the print preview.

NPCI’s complaint portal has fields for details such as the bank, transaction date, 12-digit transaction number or RRN, account number and amount. It does not identify a webpage PDF as a required attachment. Keep the relevant official transaction record and any complaint reference details, and follow the bank or provider’s own document instructions. NPCI complaint portal

NPCI says complaints about fraudulent, unidentified or unauthorised transactions should be raised with the customer’s bank. Its UPI FAQ says customers can raise grievances or check transaction status through the UPI app of participating banks; it also warns users not to share their UPI PIN. NPCI UPI FAQ
NPCI’s dispute guidance describes an escalation sequence beginning with the relevant TPAP, then the PSP, the customer’s bank and NPCI, with Ombudsman options after those channels. A webpage PDF, a bank statement and an app screenshot are different records. Google Pay’s India help says an app screenshot is not a valid bank statement for the particular payment issue covered by that guidance. Use the official transaction record requested by the relevant institution rather than treating a screenshot or webpage printout as a statement. Google Pay India Help

There is no Print option
Confirm you are using Chrome on Android and open the browser’s More → Share menu. Menu labels and locations can differ in other browsers or operating systems.

The PDF is missing content
Reopen the webpage and print preview, then inspect the preview before saving. Verify the saved file includes the page section you need; a printout may omit interactive or non-printable content.
The file is difficult to find
When saving, choose a folder you can locate again, then open the device’s file manager and navigate to that folder.

A bank asks for evidence
Ask the bank or provider which records it accepts for your case. The reviewed official guidance does not establish a universal PDF filename, file-size limit, attachment format or requirement to submit a webpage PDF.
