To save what is currently visible on an EPFO portal page, use macOS Screenshot: press Shift-Command-4 and select the page area, or press Shift-Command-3 to capture the entire screen. Screenshots save to the desktop by default. These are general Mac instructions; no EPFO-specific screenshot procedure is established here.
Capture the EPFO page or just part of it
- Open the relevant page in the EPFO portal and position the information you need on screen. If possible, keep unrelated personal or account details out of view.
- For a selected portion, press Shift-Command-4. Drag the crosshair over the area you want, then release to take the screenshot.
- For the entire screen, press Shift-Command-3. This includes everything visible on the display, not just the browser page.
- Open the saved image and check that it shows the needed information clearly.
Apple documents these shortcuts and the default save location in its Mac screenshot instructions.
Choose a window, area, or save location with Screenshot controls
Press Shift-Command-5 to open Screenshot controls. The controls include options for capturing the entire screen, a selected window, or a selected area. Choose Options to change where screenshots are saved; by default, they go to the desktop.

Capture a long page that extends below the screen
The documented Mac screenshot controls capture a screen, window, or area; they do not establish a one-image, full-page webpage capture mode. Scroll the EPFO page and take additional screenshots of the sections you need. Review the images afterward to ensure the sequence is understandable and does not expose information you did not intend to include.

For a page you can access through a URL, ScreenshotNeo can return a screenshot through one API request. Its clean-shot options remove cookie or consent banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; each step can be turned off. Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and responses identify the page verdict and billing status. It also provides an MCP server for AI agents. The service may not be suitable for a page that requires an authenticated EPFO session or other access that cannot be supplied to the request.
