To save a full-page screenshot as a PNG in FireShot, choose Capture entire Page and…, then use the save action and select PNG as the document type. The full-page action captures content beyond the part of the webpage currently visible on screen.
Save a full-page FireShot screenshot as a PNG

Open the webpage you want to capture in a browser where FireShot is installed.

Open FireShot from the browser toolbar or menu. Clicking the main red S button runs its default action; use the adjacent arrow, FireShot main menu, or the page’s context menu to find other capture actions. FireShot’s usage guide documents these controls, though its 2016 interface illustrations may not match every current browser build.

Choose Capture entire Page and… to capture the page beyond the visible screen. Do not choose Capture visible Area and… if you need content below the current viewport.

Choose the save action. In the save dialog, set the document type to PNG, then choose the destination and save the file. FireShot’s guide says you can configure whether it asks for a destination folder each time or saves captures to one location.

Open the saved PNG and check that it includes the page through the intended end.

FireShot also offers capture options for a visible or selected area, but those are different scopes from an entire-page capture. PNG is a supported output format; FireShot also lists PDF, JPEG, GIF, and BMP. FireShot’s guide describes free and Pro versions, while its current Chrome listing describes full-page capture and PNG alongside an upgrade section. The sources do not establish that this specific full-page PNG workflow always requires Pro. If you do not see the full-page or save-format options, check which FireShot version and browser build you have installed and review its available actions.

When a full-page capture is incomplete
The standard workflow does not guarantee a complete result on every site. Pages that load content dynamically, use infinite scrolling, or restrict extension capture can behave differently. Check the saved image for missing sections; the official pages do not establish a universal setting that fixes these page- or browser-specific cases.
