You can run a continuous Telugu nursery-rhyme broadcast by looping a rights-cleared video with FFmpeg and sending it to YouTube through an encoder stream. The loop does not guarantee uninterrupted service: you still need to monitor the encoder, network and YouTube stream. Decide separately how you will keep an archive, because a stream longer than 12 hours may not be captured by YouTube.
Before you start: confirm eligibility and prepare the program
Check that the channel can livestream
YouTube requires a verified channel, no live-streaming restriction during the preceding 90 days, and compliance with its age requirement. Check eligibility before building a broadcast schedule; an FFmpeg command cannot bypass a channel restriction. YouTube’s live-streaming requirements are described in YouTube Help.
Clear every element in the catalog
Make a rights list for each song, arrangement, recording, voice performance, illustration, animation and other asset. Keep licenses or other evidence with your production records. A familiar rhyme, traditional melody or copy found online does not establish that a particular recording or arrangement is free to use. YouTube’s copyright rules and its monetization rules are separate: permission to use material does not itself guarantee monetization eligibility.
Make the stream distinctive and valuable
Build episodes around original performances or arrangements, distinctive visuals, language-learning cues, varied scenes or a clear theme. Avoid simply taking other channels’ videos, making superficial edits or producing interchangeable template videos at scale. YouTube’s monetization review can consider the channel’s theme, most-viewed and newest videos, the largest share of watch time, metadata and About section. In its July 15, 2025 policy update, YouTube renamed “repetitious content” as “inauthentic content” and clarified that repetitive or mass-produced material falls within that policy. YouTube Help states: “This type of content has always been ineligible for monetization under our existing policies, where creators are rewarded for original and authentic content.”

Test the media before it becomes a long-running feed
For the simplest setup, render the program as one complete video file. If you plan to loop a playlist of separate files, check that the files are present and compatible, and test the transitions before scheduling a long broadcast. Listen for audio discontinuities or sync drift at loop points, check that the last frame does not create an unintended freeze, and confirm the visuals and sound are acceptable throughout. These are production checks, not a guarantee of stream reliability.
Choose a 24/7 broadcast or shorter sessions
A continuous live destination and a dependable collection of YouTube VODs are different goals. YouTube says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived, but streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. It recommends keeping a local archive backup.

- [XLR Mic Input] One XLR microphone input interface is set on the gaming audio mixer, which is great to up your audio quality with your XLR setup. The XLR mixer is a stepping stone to upgrade your live streaming. Audio mixer offered built-in 48V phantom power which opens up more choices for mics. - [Mute and Monitor] The front mute and monitor buttons but not at the back, make it easier to get the audio interface use. Ability to mute audio, the audio mixer for streaming prevents background noise from damaging your live broadcast. Real-time feedback between speaking and hearing will not distract your attention, which encourage you to speak more confidently. The sturdy-built control button allow you to operate freely and easily during live streaming.

Flowing or frozen RGB color rotation in a decent pace presents a greatly strong impression as a "light show" to your audience. Even a streaming equipment accessory will not be dull looking when video production.
| Format | Best suited to | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| One continuous 24/7 broadcast | A channel meant to remain available as a live destination. | A stream longer than 12 hours may not be archived. You need an independent recording plan if you need a complete archive, plus monitoring for process, network and platform problems. |
| Repeated sessions shorter than 12 hours | Creators who want YouTube’s automatic archive behavior for each completed session. | You must schedule restarts and plan the transitions. Test the handoff; do not assume sessions will join seamlessly. |
If you choose one long broadcast, record the program independently and check available storage. If you need YouTube VODs, consider ending and starting sessions below the 12-hour threshold, with a tested transition plan. Neither format removes the need to check the stream.

Create the YouTube encoder stream
- Open YouTube Studio and Live Control Room. Create a live stream and select the encoder option. YouTube’s Live Streaming API documentation uses a 24/7 broadcast as an example, but that does not certify a particular FFmpeg command, computer or network.
- Set the stream details. Enter the title and description, choose a thumbnail and visibility, and complete the audience setting. Set the intended schedule if you are using sessions rather than a single ongoing broadcast.
- Copy the stream key and ingest address from Live Control Room. Keep both private. Do not put them in public scripts, screenshots or logs. Restrict access to any configuration file that contains them, and replace the key in YouTube if you believe it has been exposed.
- Review the audience designation. YouTube requires creators to declare whether content is Made for Kids regardless of where they live. Nursery-rhyme programming for young children is a strong reason to evaluate that designation carefully. Make an accurate declaration; do not rely on automated classification or mislabel the program to preserve features. If you are genuinely uncertain, consult YouTube’s guidance or qualified counsel.
Configure FFmpeg and start the stream
Use a tested, consistent input
The example below loops one local file indefinitely, transcodes video to H.264 at 1080p30, encodes AAC audio and sends an RTMPS output. It is a starting point to test with your exact FFmpeg build, media file and YouTube account, not a universal recipe. Replace the output placeholder with the RTMPS ingest address and stream key shown in Live Control Room. Keep the real key private.

ffmpeg -re -stream_loop -1 -i "telugu-nursery-program.mp4"
-c:v libx264 -preset veryfast -pix_fmt yuv420p -r 30
-g 60 -keyint_min 60 -sc_threshold 0 -b:v 5M -maxrate 5M -bufsize 10M
-c:a aac -b:a 128k -ar 44100
-f flv "rtmps://YOUR_YOUTUBE_INGEST_URL/YOUR_STREAM_KEY"
FFmpeg documents -stream_loop -1 as an infinite loop. The example uses a 30 fps output and a 60-frame GOP, which corresponds to a two-second keyframe interval at that frame rate. YouTube recommends a two-second keyframe interval and says it must not exceed four seconds. Its current H.264 bitrate guidance recommends 5 Mbps for 1080p30 and 3 Mbps for 720p30. These are YouTube recommendations, not a promise that a particular upload connection can sustain the feed.
Match the output to the source and upload connection
The command’s 1080p30 target may be unsuitable if the source has a different aspect ratio or resolution, or if the uplink cannot sustain the video bitrate plus audio and network overhead. Choose a supported output and bitrate for the source and connection. For H.264 at 720p30, YouTube’s listed recommendation is 3 Mbps; adjust the video bitrate and GOP to match the actual output frame rate. Avoid changing several settings at once during diagnosis. YouTube transcodes live streams for different playback resolutions.

The audio settings shown—AAC, 128 kbps and 44.1 kHz—and the x264 preset are illustrative command choices, not requirements or benchmarked settings. Confirm audio level and sync in a test broadcast. If the source is already suitable and you want to reduce local CPU work, stream copy may be an option, but only when the source codecs and stream properties are compatible with the output and YouTube’s requirements. Test it rather than assuming every file can be copied unchanged.

For a playlist, validate the inputs before looping them
FFmpeg’s concat demuxer can read a file list, but playlist compatibility matters. Create and validate a list using your actual files, then test the whole sequence and transitions. The input section of the command will need to be adapted to the list and the media; there is no single safe playlist command for every set of files. If formats or properties differ, a consistent pre-rendered program file may be easier to operate.

Run a test before promoting the channel
- Start with a private or otherwise unpromoted test stream and check YouTube’s preview and stream-health feedback.
- Confirm that video is moving, audio is clear and synchronized, the title and visibility are correct, and the audience designation matches the program.
- Check that YouTube shows the broadcast as live, then leave the test running long enough to review loop transitions and connection behavior.
- Only after the test behaves as expected should you schedule or promote the longer program.
Keep the broadcast operating and preserve an archive
An infinite media loop only repeats the input while FFmpeg is running and able to send data. It does not protect against a network interruption, a stopped process, invalid credentials, a damaged or missing media file, or a YouTube restriction. Keep FFmpeg output in a log and check the process, network, disk space and Live Control Room status. Decide who or what will notice a failure and how the stream will be restarted without exposing the key. Do not assume an untested process supervisor, host or connection will provide uninterrupted service.
For a complete local archive, use a separate recording process or a trusted recording workflow and verify that files are actually being written. Check free space and the resulting recording before relying on it. YouTube’s archive behavior is not a substitute for this backup on a stream that runs longer than 12 hours.
Plan for Made for Kids restrictions
If the program is designated Made for Kids, expect feature restrictions that affect both audience interaction and business planning. YouTube lists live chat, comments, notifications, memberships, Super Chat and Super Stickers among features that are disabled or restricted for this content. Personalized ads are not served, although contextual ads may still appear; losing personalized ads may reduce revenue for some creators. Do not build the programming or revenue plan around live chat prompts, Super Chat or personalized advertising if the stream is Made for Kids.
Or let it run in the cloud
If maintaining an always-on computer, network and recovery routine is not the right fit, StreamNeo is a cloud option for looping uploaded videos to YouTube. Upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. The cloud continues the loop without a computer or home connection staying on. Each slot streams what you upload, up to 4K 60fps, at one price per slot; there are no quality tiers or re-encoding. If YouTube drops the stream, StreamNeo automatically recovers. The first day is free with no card, one free day per account. Monthly: $9.99 per month. In India, UPI and cards are supported; card checkout is available worldwide.
