To run a 24/7 lo-fi Hindi beats channel on YouTube, clear every track for continuous livestreaming and any replay, enable live streaming on a verified channel, then send a continuously playing playlist through an encoder—or use a cloud service. The biggest risks are rights and interruptions: a license may not stop a Content ID claim unless the rights holder allowlists your channel, and a continuous stream is not automatically preserved as one complete replay.

1. Clear the music before building the playlist

Make a track-by-track rights register before scheduling anything. For every recording, identify who controls the sound recording and the composition, and get written confirmation that your use covers the territories where the stream will be available, continuous live broadcast, and any archived replay you intend to keep. Ask whether the rights holder can add your channel to its Content ID allowlist. YouTube requires live content providers to hold the necessary rights, including music licensing rights: YouTube livestream terms.

Permission and a Content ID allowlist are distinct practical concerns. YouTube warns that a third-party match can replace the live image, interrupt or terminate a broadcast, and potentially lead to a strike if unresolved. A license does not guarantee that automated systems will recognize the permission; ask the rights holder how to prevent or promptly resolve claims. See YouTube’s guidance on live-streaming restrictions.

  • Keep signed licenses and written permissions accessible to the person operating the stream.
  • Do not treat “free,” “royalty-free,” or “no copyright” in a description as proof of the rights you need. YouTube notes that Content ID may flag music described as free and cannot determine whether you obtained rights elsewhere.
  • YouTube’s Audio Library is a recommended starting point for copyright-safe music for videos, but check the applicable terms for continuous livestreaming and replay use before relying on a track.
  • Do not assume Creator Music clears a livestream. Its licensing and revenue-sharing tracks are limited to long-form videos, not live streams. Check Creator Music usage terms and the Audio Library guidance.

This is platform and operational guidance, not legal advice. No particular Hindi lo-fi catalog is established here as having worldwide continuous-stream rights and Content ID allowlisting. Confirm the scope directly with each rights holder for your territory and planned uses.

2. Enable YouTube live streaming and connect an encoder

YouTube supports software and hardware encoders. A computer running an encoder is one option; a hardware encoder is another. Either way, the source must keep playing and the encoder must send a stable stream for the channel to remain live.

  1. Verify and enable the channel. Follow YouTube’s channel verification and live-stream enablement process. YouTube says the channel must have no live-stream restrictions in the preceding 90 days. First-time enablement may take up to 24 hours, so do this before your planned launch: YouTube live-streaming eligibility.
  2. Create or schedule the stream. In YouTube Studio, open Create > Go live to use the Live Control Room. Set the title, description, visibility, and schedule as appropriate for your channel.
  3. Configure the encoder. In the encoder, enter the stream URL and stream key supplied by YouTube. Treat the key as a credential: do not publish it, and reset it if exposed.
  4. Start the source and encoder. Confirm the playlist and visual scene are playing, then start the encoder. Wait for the preview to appear in Live Control Room and check it before going live there.
  5. Monitor the broadcast. Check the preview, audio, and stream status after launch. Keep a runbook with the active playlist, license records, who checks stream health, how to restart after an interruption, and how to contact rights holders if a claim appears.

For YouTube’s encoder workflow and setup details, see YouTube’s encoder streaming guide.

3. Decide how to handle a 24-hour stream and its replay

YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. That guidance does not establish that an uninterrupted 24-hour broadcast will be preserved as one complete replay. Decide whether the channel is primarily a continuous live listening destination or whether replay preservation is also important, then test your actual stop, restart, and archive workflow before depending on it.

  • Continuous listening is the priority: plan for a stream that may need operator attention after an interruption, and keep the restart process documented.
  • Replays matter: confirm that replay use is covered by every music license and test the intended session and archive behavior on your channel. Do not promise viewers a complete 24-hour replay based solely on automatic archiving.
  • Content ID interrupts the stream: check the claim and contact the rights holder with the relevant license details. A platform match is not itself proof that you lack permission, but unresolved matches can affect the broadcast.

4. Give the channel an identity beyond a looping track

Build an editorial identity that viewers can recognize: curate the sequencing, commission or create original visual art or animation, and make programming choices that are more than a minimally changed loop. Consider themed sets, moods, or carefully selected transitions if those reflect the channel’s actual creative contribution.

YouTube monetization review is separate from copyright clearance. Its policies apply to live streams and require original, authentic content; repetitive or mass-produced material may be treated as “inauthentic.” Reviewers may consider the channel theme, most-viewed and newest videos, watch-time share, metadata, and About section. Reused-content rules are also separate and may apply even when you have permission to use material. A music license alone does not guarantee monetization. Read YouTube channel monetization policies.

5. Choose a way to keep the stream running

Do it yourself with a software or hardware encoder

Use the YouTube encoder workflow above with a source and encoder that can run continuously. This gives you control over the scene and playlist, but it also means the chosen setup and its recovery process need to be maintained. YouTube supports both software and hardware encoders; no specific encoder is established here as best for this channel.

6. Consider monetization only if eligible

Eligible creators with monetization enabled may earn from ads on live streams and from Super Chat, Super Stickers, and memberships. Ad slots are not guaranteed to fill. A study or sleep audience may prefer uninterrupted listening, so use channel analytics to weigh the audience experience against potential ad revenue rather than assuming one ad approach suits every channel. See YouTube’s live-stream monetization guidance.
