You can run a 24/7 Haryanvi songs stream by sending a prepared playlist of authorized MP4 videos to YouTube Live through an encoder. The basic local setup uses OBS on a computer that stays on and connected; a dedicated hardware encoder or a cloud playlist service can keep playback going without your home computer. Before anything goes live, make sure you have permission for every recording and video, and resolve any Content ID allowlisting requirements with the rights holder.
Before you begin: confirm eligibility and music rights
Check that the channel can go live
YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility guidance says a channel must be verified, have no live-streaming restriction during the previous 90 days, and be operated by someone at least 16 years old. YouTube says first-time activation can take up to 24 hours, so enable live streaming well before your planned start. Its encoder guidance also lists limits of 10 active streams per channel and 3 active streams per stream key; check the current guidance if you intend to run multiple broadcasts.
Clear the songs and visuals for live use
An MP4 being available online or playable on your computer does not mean you have the right to broadcast it. Use songs and visuals that you own or have permission to use for this channel’s live streams. Confirm that the permission covers the territories where the stream may be viewed, monetization if you plan to monetize, and any replay or archive you intend to keep. Keep written licenses and permissions.

Even if a rights holder has licensed the music to you, the live stream may be interrupted unless the rights holder or distributor adds your channel to its Content ID allowlist. Prepare your MP4 playlist
Organize and check the files
- Collect only files you are authorized to broadcast, and retain the permission records alongside your playlist notes.
- Put the files in the intended playback order and check that each one plays through. Remove test clips, unintended gaps, and material you do not have permission to use.
- Decide how the playlist should repeat and monitor its transitions during a test. Continuous operation depends on the playback method, source files, connection, encoder, and YouTube; YouTube does not guarantee that any MP4 playlist will loop without interruption.
The evidence available here does not establish one universal MP4 codec, frame rate, bitrate, resolution, playlist duration, or OBS media-source configuration for every file and connection. Use YouTube’s current encoder guidance and OBS documentation for the configuration you choose, then test your own files and upload connection rather than treating an unverified setting as a universal requirement.
Create a YouTube Live stream and protect its key
- In YouTube Studio, select Create → Go Live, then open the Stream tab to create or select a stream.
- Copy the stream URL and stream key shown in Studio into the encoder’s stream settings, following YouTube’s encoder setup instructions.
- Keep the stream key private. Someone who obtains it may be able to send content to your stream. If it is exposed, replace or reset it in YouTube Studio and update the encoder before broadcasting again.
Choose how to play and send the playlist
Option 1: OBS on a local computer
OBS Studio is free and open-source software. It can play prepared media and send an encoder feed to YouTube, but the computer must remain on, the media must keep playing, and the internet connection must sustain the stream. Follow the current OBS Help Portal and YouTube’s encoder setup guidance for the controls and settings in your version.

- Install and open OBS on the computer that will run the broadcast.
- Set up playback for the prepared videos in the order and repeat behavior you want. Check the playlist from beginning to end, including transitions and what happens when playback reaches the end.
- Enter YouTube’s stream URL and key in OBS’s streaming settings, then start the stream feed.
- Open YouTube Live Control Room, inspect the incoming preview and stream status, and confirm the intended video and audio are reaching YouTube before leaving the setup unattended.
OBS notes that rising dropped-frame counts point to an unstable connection or a bitrate the connection cannot sustain. Treat that as a connection or configuration problem to investigate, not proof that the MP4 is defective.
Option 2: a dedicated hardware encoder
YouTube’s encoder guide describes the AJA HELO Plus and its PlayToStream function for scheduling prerecorded media directly to YouTube Live without a computer. This is a specialist hardware route, not a requirement. Confirm its current capabilities and purchase cost with the manufacturer or seller before choosing it.

Option 3: a cloud playlist service
Cloud services can offer file upload, playlist ordering, and continuous RTMP delivery while your personal computer is off. For example, Looping Stream describes that workflow on its service page. This is the vendor’s description, not a YouTube guarantee: service interruptions, invalid keys, platform outages, and source-file problems can still stop a broadcast. Check the provider’s current terms, operating limits, and recovery process before relying on it.
Start the stream and monitor it
- Start the encoder or playback service so it sends the feed to YouTube.
- In Live Control Room, check the incoming preview and on-screen stream status. Do not assume the stream is healthy just because the encoder says it is sending.
- Use YouTube’s go-live controls as prompted. To end an encoder-based stream, stop sending content from the encoder, following YouTube’s current instructions.
- During operation, check stream health and copyright notices. For a long-running stream, arrange a practical way to notice interruptions and inspect the feed periodically.
YouTube’s encoder guide says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. Do not rely on that statement to assume one 24-hour broadcast will be archived in full. YouTube says Content ID claims can be made on an archived live stream after it ends if you choose to archive it.
