You can manage regional-language playlists for several YouTube channels from one PC by switching to the intended channel, creating or updating its playlist, and repeating the same checks for each channel. YouTube’s desktop playlist tools support manual editing and reordering; the cited YouTube Help does not document a built-in timer that automatically rotates playlists between channels.
Before you start: identify each channel and playlist
Make a short checklist mapping each channel to its language, playlist name, and next review date. For example, record which channel owns a Hindi devotional playlist and which owns a Punjabi folk playlist. This makes “rotation” a repeatable editorial routine rather than an automatic YouTube setting.
- Use clear playlist names that identify the language and subject.
- Decide whether each playlist should be public, unlisted, or private before creating it.
- Before every edit, verify that YouTube is using the channel you intend to update.
Create a playlist for the active channel
- Open YouTube on your PC and select the channel you want to work on. Confirm the channel identity before making changes.
- Open a video that belongs in the playlist.
- Select More → Save → Create new playlist.
- Enter a descriptive name, choose the privacy setting, and create the playlist.
YouTube’s desktop instructions describe this creation flow and privacy choice in its Create and manage playlists help page.

Add videos and change playlist order
Add another video
- Open the video you want to include.
- Select More → Save, then choose the correct playlist.
- Check YouTube’s on-screen confirmation to make sure the video was saved to the intended playlist.
Reorder videos
Open the playlist and drag eligible videos into the desired order. YouTube says reordering is unavailable for playlists containing only Shorts, so use another organizing approach if a playlist consists entirely of Shorts. The same YouTube Help page covers adding, editing, and reordering.

Repeat the workflow across channels
- Finish the current channel’s playlist edits.
- Switch to the next YouTube channel and verify its identity.
- Create or update that channel’s language-specific playlist using the same steps.
- Mark the channel and playlist as reviewed in your checklist, then continue until all channels are covered.
YouTube’s cited desktop help explains manual playlist creation and editing, not automatic timed rotation or automatic switching between channels. Plan a recurring review schedule and make the changes yourself unless you use a separately configured automation method.
Let a collaborator help without sharing your password
If another person needs to curate playlists or help manage a channel, use YouTube Studio channel permissions and assign an access level suited to their tasks instead of sharing your Google Account password. YouTube says permissions are safer than sharing sign-in details and let owners control what others can view or update. Review the available roles and restrictions in YouTube’s channel permissions help before inviting someone.

Permissions do not make every YouTube action available to every invited user. YouTube notes that some actions involving YouTube Music and YouTube APIs are unsupported for delegated users, and a Brand Account must first be migrated to channel permissions to use this flow.

You can also feature a playlist from another channel as a way to surface related content. YouTube’s September 12, 2013 creator blog described playlist and multi-channel sections for cross-promotion. That is historical documentation: check the current channel customization interface before relying on a specific section or click path. Featuring a playlist can help viewers discover it, but it does not itself rotate content on a timer.

Limits to keep in mind
- YouTube states that a daily limit applies to public playlists created per channel across YouTube, YouTube Music, and the YouTube API. The help page does not give a universal numeric quota; access to advanced features can increase the limit. Avoid planning around an assumed number.
- The consulted instructions do not establish an India-only playlist process. The same channel-by-channel workflow applies to the PC task described here; no special language-targeting or regional playlist setting is documented in these sources.
