First check whether the broadcast actually stopped. If you started the stream directly through LiveReacting, it runs on LiveReacting’s cloud servers, so an outage on your home internet connection should not stop an already-running broadcast. LiveReacting says brief connection drops reconnect automatically. If the stream has ended, check the LiveReacting dashboard for errors, confirm your YouTube channel is still connected, then recreate the stream and go live again.
The steps differ if you used Plugin Mode or connected LiveReacting to a scheduled YouTube event: those setups involve an external encoder or event workflow, and the available LiveReacting guidance does not give a complete outage-recovery procedure for them.

Open the public YouTube watch page for the broadcast and check its live status.

Open the LiveReacting dashboard and look for errors. LiveReacting recommends checking the dashboard when a stream fails (LiveReacting’s stream troubleshooting guidance).

If you launched the broadcast directly from LiveReacting and YouTube still shows it live, do not restart it just because your home connection dropped. LiveReacting says direct broadcasts are hosted on its cloud servers, so you can close the browser tab or turn off your computer without ending the broadcast (LiveReacting Help Center; LiveReacting’s guide to streaming without a computer).

Check the dashboard for an error. Note any displayed message before changing the setup; it may help identify what failed.

Confirm the YouTube channel connection. If it is no longer active, restore the connection before trying to launch the broadcast again.

Recreate the stream and go live again. If the connection is active but the broadcast has failed, LiveReacting’s stated recovery guidance is to recreate the stream and start it again (LiveReacting’s stream troubleshooting guidance).

Verify the new broadcast on YouTube. Check the watch page to confirm that the restarted stream is live.
LiveReacting says brief drops reconnect automatically, but its cited guidance does not specify a retry timeout or an exact point at which a drop becomes a failed stream. Avoid assuming that a particular number of seconds means you must restart; check the dashboard and the YouTube watch page instead.

If you used Plugin Mode or a scheduled YouTube event
LiveReacting also supports Plugin Mode with third-party streaming software and connecting to an existing scheduled YouTube live event. These are different from a direct LiveReacting cloud broadcast: identify which setup you used before attempting recovery. Check the relevant encoder’s status and settings, and verify the scheduled event or connection in LiveReacting. Its published setup guidance describes these configurations but does not document a complete outage-recovery sequence for them (LiveReacting stream settings; connecting to a scheduled live event).
