In YouTube Studio, open Analytics > Revenue, then use How you make money to select Memberships or Supers. Treat the figures as estimates, not finalized payouts: YouTube says estimated revenue can take two days to appear and may later be adjusted. Finalized earnings are shown in AdSense for YouTube.
Find Super Chat and membership revenue
- Sign in to YouTube Studio and select Analytics from the left menu.
- At channel level, open the Revenue tab. YouTube makes this tab available to YouTube Partner Program creators; revenue analytics can also be viewed at video level. The current interface may look different between accounts as YouTube gradually rolls out an updated Studio experience. YouTube Help: Check your YouTube revenue
- Under How you make money, select a revenue source to view its details. Choose Memberships for membership revenue. Choose Supers for the category that includes Super Chat, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks. YouTube Help: Check your YouTube revenue
- Set the date range you want to inspect before comparing periods. Membership details may also offer a video-format filter.
- For a broader export or comparisons across selected data, open Advanced Mode, where available. YouTube Help: Use Advanced Mode analytics
Read the membership detail correctly
The membership report can show estimated revenue for memberships and gifted memberships in the selected period. It is not a count of active members. YouTube’s membership reporting also describes a Transactions Revenue card and a Memberships Type view.
- Transactions Revenue counts transactions—new sign-ups and recurring transactions. It is a count, not a revenue amount.
- Memberships Type can distinguish gifted memberships and redemptions during the selected period.
- Total members can include people who canceled but still have access through the end of their billing period; active members exclude canceled members.
- The membership tab’s revenue refers to the last billing period. A billing period can be 28, 30, or 31 days depending on the calendar month.

Understand what the Supers total includes
A Supers figure is not necessarily Super Chat alone. YouTube’s general revenue definitions group Super Chat, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks under Supers. Use the specific detail view, when available, before describing a total as Super Chat revenue alone. YouTube Help: Check your YouTube revenue
Estimated Analytics revenue versus finalized earnings
Analytics is YouTube’s reporting view for estimated earnings. YouTube says revenue may take two days to appear. Estimates can change because of invalid traffic, copyright claims and disputes, and certain ad campaign types. Its guidance describes an initial adjustment after one week and a later adjustment in the middle of the following month, when earnings are finalized.

Finalized earnings appear in AdSense for YouTube and are generally added to the account between the 7th and 12th of the following month. Tax withholding can also cause the final amount to differ from the Analytics estimate. Keep the reporting period and report type consistent when reconciling the two; a changed estimate by itself does not establish that a transaction was removed. Do not use RPM or CPM to infer source revenue
RPM and CPM describe different things from a Memberships or Supers source total. RPM is creator-focused revenue after YouTube’s share per 1,000 views and can include ads, memberships, YouTube Premium, Super Chat, and Super Stickers. CPM is advertiser-focused cost per 1,000 ad impressions before revenue share, including ads and YouTube Premium. To inspect membership or Supers earnings, use the source breakdown rather than trying to calculate them from RPM. YouTube Help: Check your YouTube revenue

YouTube’s current partner earnings guidance says the Commerce Product Module pays creators 70% of net revenues from channel memberships, Super Chat, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks. For confirmed Supers revenue, YouTube says local sales tax and iOS App Store fees are deducted; YouTube currently covers transaction costs including credit-card fees. The individual creator’s agreement and applicable taxes or fees matter, so do not multiply a viewer’s gross purchase amount by 70% to estimate the figure in Analytics. Compare periods without mixing unlike metrics
- Keep the same date range and, where relevant, the same video-format filter.
- Compare the same revenue source: Memberships with Memberships, or Supers with Supers. Do not label the full Supers category as Super Chat unless the detail view isolates it.
- Separate transaction counts from revenue amounts, and membership sign-ups or recurrences from gift memberships and redemptions.
- Do not compare an estimated Analytics figure with finalized AdSense for YouTube earnings as if they were the same report state.
Frequently encountered reporting issues
The Revenue tab or report looks different
YouTube says an updated Studio experience is gradually rolling out starting July 2026, so labels and page appearance may vary by account. Look for Analytics, then Revenue, and the How you make money source breakdown; use Advanced Mode where it is available for expanded reporting.
The estimated amount has not appeared yet
YouTube says Analytics revenue can take two days to show. Check the selected date range and revisit the report after that interval rather than treating an immediate blank or partial figure as a finalized result.

The Supers number is higher than expected for Super Chat alone
Check whether the view combines Super Chat with Super Stickers and Super Thanks. The general Supers total groups those sources together.

Analytics estimates can be adjusted, and finalized earnings in AdSense for YouTube may also reflect tax withholding. Match date range and report type, then consult YouTube’s earnings timing guidance before drawing conclusions about a particular transaction.
