To reach the main hidden area in Helheim, return there later in the story with Atreus. On the bridge route, use Atreus’s electric arrows to clear the red sap and Shatter Crystal obstruction on the left near the end of the bridge; the entrance leads to the Hidden Chamber of Odin. The first visit does not open every chamber or reveal every raven.
When you can access Helheim’s hidden chamber
The Hidden Chamber of Odin becomes accessible on a return visit to Helheim with Atreus, rather than during the first bridge crossing. The walkthroughs by Prima Games and Gamer Guides distinguish the initial exploration from this later route.

Continue the story until you can return to Helheim with Atreus, then follow the bridge toward the Bridge Keeper area. Near the end of the bridge, look along its left side for the red obstruction. Have Atreus fire electric arrows at the red sap/Shatter Crystal to expose the entrance. PowerPyx notes that opening this chamber entrance does not require breaking a seal.
What to search inside and around the chamber
Inside the Hidden Chamber
Once inside, search both the entrance area and the lower floor. The chamber route contains ravens and an artefact; farther in, you can find a Mystic Gateway and the Valkyrie room. Check the room rather than assuming the entrance itself marks the end of the collectible route.

Ravens on the return route
Ravens associated with Helheim are spread beyond the chamber. Check the ring on the bridge, the lower pit after the Hel-Viken encounter, the small crystal room opened on the return visit, and the chamber interior. Keep the Legendary Chest puzzle separate
A nearby optional Legendary Chest puzzle uses green energy balls that you carry between holders along the bridge and toward the door on the entrance side. PowerPyx says this energy becomes available after completing the Helheim area. It is a separate puzzle: solving it is not the method for opening the Hidden Chamber.

How much of Helheim is there to collect?
PowerPyx’s April 22, 2018 Helheim walkthrough lists 16 collectible locations: five artefacts, one Mystic Gateway, six Odin’s Ravens, one Valkyrie, and three Legendary Chests. Those are the categories and totals in that guide’s list, not an independently verified count. PowerPyx also says its listed items can be collected after the story.
