Pay a Hajj amount only through the official payment route shown in the pilgrim’s authenticated account or identified by the relevant Ministry announcement. Before submitting, match the package, amount, currency and deadline; afterward, save the platform confirmation and transaction record, then check the booking or wallet history. Instalment availability and payment deadlines vary by country, package and Hajj season.
Pay through the official route for your country and season
Start from the official Nusuk Hajj platform or the domestic booking route identified by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Nusuk’s terms say official Saudi websites end in .sa and use HTTPS. Check the address carefully, and avoid payment links sent by an unverified person or campaign. Read the current Nusuk Hajj terms.
Sign in to the pilgrim’s own account using a secure device. Before paying, compare the account or official invoice against the package selected and confirm the amount due, currency, payment method and expiry or deadline. Do not rely on an amount or bank detail sent outside the authenticated flow.
Check which payment methods and deadlines apply
Payment arrangements are not universal. Nusuk’s terms for its international/direct platform list credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, and adding funds to the platform e-wallet. A separate government wallet service listing describes card, bank transfer, SADAD and certified cash collection options for wallet top-ups; those options do not mean every booking checkout accepts them. For domestic Hajj 1447 in Saudi Arabia, a Ministry announcement dated 4 March 2026 said bookings were through Nusuk and payments were processed through SADAD. It specified a 72-hour payment window through a stated date, followed by a six-hour window, after which an unpaid booking would be automatically cancelled. These were season-specific instructions, not standing deadlines for other markets or seasons. Read the Ministry’s 4 March 2026 announcement.
A Ministry announcement dated 11 February 2024 described full or partial payment for domestic bookings under the terms then in force and an invoice sent by text message. That historical notice does not establish that a current instalment plan is available to every pilgrim. Check the live account and current season notice for your own eligibility, amounts and dates; if no official instalment option appears, contact support before sending money. Submit payment once and verify the result
- Review the checkout: Confirm the package, amount, currency, payment route and due time in the official account or invoice.
- Use only the displayed route: Select a method offered in that authenticated flow. Do not substitute account details from a message or assume a route available for another country or package applies to yours.
- Wait for the result: Submit once and allow the transaction to finish. If its status is pending or unclear, do not immediately pay again; contact official support with the transaction reference.
- Check your account: Look for the booking status or wallet transaction record. The official wallet service describes access to wallet transaction history.
- Reconcile the external record: Check the relevant bank or card account for the matching transaction. If the platform and bank records disagree, keep both records and ask official support to investigate.

Save the official on-screen confirmation or download it if the platform offers that option. Keep a copy of the invoice or payment reference and the matching bank or card transaction entry. A screenshot or PDF can be useful, but the official sources do not prescribe one receipt format or retention period. Store the copies privately where the person managing the booking can retrieve them.

Include enough information to identify the payment—such as its date, amount, currency, transaction reference and package—without exposing passwords, one-time security codes or full payment credentials. If you contact support, quote the transaction reference rather than sending confidential login information.

Nusuk’s terms advise users to protect passwords and confidential information, avoid sharing them with unknown people and use a secure device. If you suspect someone has obtained your login details, contact technical support immediately. Never give a password or one-time security code to someone who contacts you unexpectedly. The current Nusuk terms state that the cancellation grace period for an individual package is 72 hours from purchase or until booking closure, whichever is closer. They say a refund request may take up to 45 working days; a wallet refund incurs a 2% processing fee excluding tax; and Visa or Mastercard refunds go back to the same card. The terms also reserve the right to change cancellation and refund policies. Read the live terms and package-specific conditions before paying.
